Uzun s\u00fcreli a\u00e7l\u0131k sonras\u0131 gerekli olan s\u0131v\u0131y\u0131 yerine koyabilmek i\u00e7in iftar ile birlikte belirli aral\u0131klarla gerekli olan su i\u00e7iminin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Tay, \u201c\u00d6zellikle ya\u015fl\u0131larda, b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunan ki\u015filerde, kalp ve tansiyon hastalar\u0131nda s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketiminin doktor kontrol\u00fc ve takibinde hesaplanmas\u0131, bu do\u011frultuda uygulanmas\u0131 daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. B\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde olan ergenlik d\u00f6nemindeki ki\u015filerin de oru\u00e7 tuttuklar\u0131 ramazan ay\u0131 boyunca g\u00fcnde en az 2 bu\u00e7uk litre su t\u00fcketmeleri \u00f6nerilmektedir. So\u011fuk su midede kas\u0131lmalara yol a\u00e7arak sindirimi zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r ve haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa neden olabilir. Bu nedenle ramazan ay\u0131 boyunca i\u00e7ilen suyun oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Uzman Diyetisyen \u00d6zlem Tay \u015fu \u00f6nerilerde bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oru\u00e7 tutarken susuz kalmamak i\u00e7in Ramazan\u2019da yeterli miktarda su t\u00fcketmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra iftar ve sahur \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerinde susuzlu\u011fa neden olacak sucuk, past\u0131rma, tur\u015fu, \u015falgam gibi tuz ve baharat i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek g\u0131dalar tercih edilmemelidir. Oru\u00e7luyken g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 terlemeye neden olacak faaliyetlerden ve uzun s\u00fcre s\u0131ca\u011fa maruz kalmaktan da ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130ftar ve sahur aras\u0131nda t\u00fcketilecek suyun i\u00e7erisine taze limon dilimleri, taze nane yapraklar\u0131 veya rulo tar\u00e7\u0131n eklemek hem suya farkl\u0131 bir aroma kat\u0131p i\u00e7imini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r hem de mideyi rahatlatarak tatl\u0131 yeme iste\u011fini bast\u0131rabilir. Oru\u00e7 tutarken susuzlu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 al\u0131nacak \u00f6nlemlerden biri de su i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek sebze ve meyvelerden faydalanmakt\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in sahurda, salatal\u0131k ve domates dilimleri sofraya eklenebilir, iftar sofras\u0131nda da salata ve sebze yemeklerine daha fazla yer verilebilir. \u00c7ay, kahve, limonata, gazoz gibi i\u00e7ecekler suyun yerini alamaz. Aksine \u00e7ok fazla t\u00fcketimi su i\u00e7me iste\u011fini bast\u0131rabilir. M\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca \u00f6zellikle ramazan ay\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ay ve kahvenin faza miktarda t\u00fcketimi v\u00fccutta s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131na neden olacakt\u0131r. Bu sebeple iftardan bir iki saat sonra tercih edilmesi uygun olacakt\u0131r.
