\u00c7etinkaya, \u201cEnflasyonu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeye odakl\u0131 bir politika duru\u015fu ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f politika koordinasyonu alt\u0131nda enflasyonun kademeli olarak hedeflere yak\u0131n seyredece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6rmekteyiz. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede enflasyonu 2019 y\u0131lsonunda y\u00fczde 14,6 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fini, 2020 y\u0131lsonunda y\u00fczde 8,2\u2019ye 2021 y\u0131lsonunda y\u00fczde 5,4\u2019e geriledikten sonra orta vadede y\u00fczde 5 d\u00fczeyinde istikrar kazanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 varsay\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Enflasyon olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na de\u011finen \u00c7etinkaya, \u201cEnflasyonun y\u00fczde 70 olas\u0131l\u0131kla 2019 y\u0131lsonunda orta noktas\u0131 y\u00fczde 14,6 olmak \u00fczere y\u00fczde 12,1 ile y\u00fczde 17,1 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2020 y\u0131lsonun orta noktas\u0131 y\u00fczde 8,2 olmak \u00fczere y\u00fczde 5,1 ile y\u00fczde 11,3 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6rmekteyiz.<\/p>\n
Hedeflenen patika ile uyumlu bir s\u0131k\u0131 para politikas\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00e7ekirdek enflasyon e\u011filimindeki iyile\u015fme, \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki geni\u015fleme ve y\u00f6netilen y\u00f6nlendirilen fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131na ili\u015fkin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc g\u00fcncelleme yukar\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc etkileri telafi etti. S\u00f6z konusu etkilerin birbirini dengelemesi nedeniyle 2019 ve 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin enflasyon tahminlerinde de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gitmedik. Bu do\u011frultuda Ocak enflasyon raporunda y\u00fczde 14,6 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanan 2019 y\u0131lsonu t\u00fcketici enflasyon tahmini mevcut rapor d\u00f6neminde de korundu\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
