B\u00f6ylece art\u0131k ara\u00e7 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin, trafik polisi veya trafik \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmayan ancak trafik i\u015fareti veya levhalar\u0131yla belirlenmi\u015f kav\u015fak giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131na, yaya veya okul ge\u00e7itlerine yakla\u015f\u0131rken “yava\u015flamak”, buralardan ge\u00e7en veya ge\u00e7mek \u00fczere bulunan yaya varsa “ilk ge\u00e7i\u015f hakk\u0131n\u0131 vermesi” zorunlu hale geldi. Bu ama\u00e7la \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca “\u00d6ncelik Hayat\u0131n, \u00d6ncelik Yayan\u0131n” slogan\u0131yla 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 “Yaya \u00d6ncelikli Trafik” y\u0131l\u0131 ilan edildi.<\/p>\n

Afyonkarahisar\u2019da bir zeybek ekibi de uygulamaya dikkat \u00e7ekmek amac\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6steriyle b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi g\u00f6rd\u00fc.
