Sahura kalk\u0131lmamas\u0131 ya da sahurda sadece su i\u00e7ilmesinin zararl\u0131 oldu\u011funu, sahur \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc a\u011f\u0131r yemeklerden olu\u015fursa da g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde oru\u00e7 tutanlar \u00fczerinde olumsuz etki olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen \u00c7i\u00e7ek, \u201cEn \u00f6nemli \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerimizden biri sahur. Bizi ertesi g\u00fcn ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z a\u00e7l\u0131\u011fa haz\u0131rlamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli. Biz bu s\u00fcrede yumurta, peynir, zeytin, s\u00f6\u011f\u00fc\u015f sebze, s\u00fct, yo\u011furt, kefir gibi hafif bir kahvalt\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. Buna alternatif olarak \u00e7orba, salata, tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 ekmek ve sebze yeme\u011fiyle haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f hafif bir iftar da olabilir. \u0130ftarda \u00f6zellikle tuzlu besinleri t\u00fcketmemeye, a\u011f\u0131r ve ya\u011fda k\u0131zart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f besinleri t\u00fcketmemeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6steriyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu t\u00fcr besinler ertesi g\u00fcn i\u00e7in susuzluk, halsizlik gibi bir\u00e7ok istenmeyen sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilir. \u0130ftardan sonra sahura kadar ge\u00e7en s\u00fcrede taze ve kuru meyveler yenilmeli. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde s\u00fctl\u00fc tatl\u0131lar da t\u00fcketilebilir. G\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde kaybetti\u011fimiz s\u0131v\u0131y\u0131 geri kazanabilmek i\u00e7in s\u00fct, yo\u011furt, soda, bitki \u00e7ay\u0131 i\u00e7ilebilir. Ramazan ay\u0131nda en \u00e7ok dikkat etmemiz gereken \u015fey \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerde yemekleri iyice \u00e7i\u011fneyerek yava\u015f yava\u015f yemek. \u0130ftardan yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 saat sonra y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f de faydal\u0131 olur\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7orbayla ana yeme\u011fin aras\u0131 15 dakika olmal\u0131<\/p>\n<p>16 bu\u00e7uk, 17 saat a\u00e7 kald\u0131ktan sonra bir anda \u00e7ok fazla besin t\u00fcketerek v\u00fccudu yormamak gerekti\u011fini belirten \u00c7i\u00e7ek, iftar sofralar\u0131nda \u00e7orbayla ana yemek aras\u0131nda 15 dakikal\u0131k zaman b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. \u00c7i\u00e7ek, \u201cRamazan ay\u0131nda iftara k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir iftariyelik tabakla ba\u015flay\u0131p, \u00e7orba ve salatayla devam etmeliyiz. Yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 15 dakika ara verdikten sonra ana yemeklere devam etmeliyiz. Mutlaka sofralar\u0131m\u0131zda yeri olacak. \u0130ftar sofras\u0131nda Ramazan pidesinin daha uygun olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Daha uzun s\u00fcren bir a\u00e7l\u0131\u011fa haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sahurda tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 ekmekleri tercih etmeliyiz. Ramazan pidesinin porsiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck tutabiliriz.
