Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Alinur Akta\u015f, Acemler BUSK\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bah\u00e7esinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen t\u00f6rende, \u00e7ift\u00e7ilere yaban mersini fidelerini da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131 ve belediyenin \u00fcreticiyi destekledi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Akta\u015f, Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, K\u0131rsal Hizmetler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Tar\u0131m A\u015e ile kentin tar\u0131m potansiyelinin desteklenmesi ad\u0131na g\u00fczel geli\u015fmeler olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n
Yaban mersininin d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir \u00fcr\u00fcn haline geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Ba\u015fkan Akta\u015f, \u201cBursa\u2019da zira\u00ee anlamda m\u00fcthi\u015f bir potansiyel var, \u00f6nemli olan bu potansiyeli kullanmakt\u0131r. Yaban mersininin, gerek taze t\u00fcketim gerekse i\u015flenmi\u015f meyve sanayisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sahip oldu\u011fu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc pazar, \u00fcreticilerin y\u00fcksek gelir elde etmesini ve \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7ok daha de\u011ferli hale getiriyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Yaban mersininin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de mavi yemi\u015f, ligarba, ay\u0131 \u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fc, morsivit, \u00e7al\u0131 \u00e7ile\u011fi, Trabzon \u00e7ay\u0131 gibi isimlerle, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ise blueberry olarak an\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ba\u015fkan Akta\u015f, \u201cD\u00fcnyada blueberry olarak bilinen mavi yemi\u015fler 1906 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana ABD\u2019de k\u00fclt\u00fcre al\u0131narak yeti\u015ftirilmesine ra\u011fmen, ancak 2000\u2019li y\u0131llarda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye egzotik bir t\u00fcr olarak girmi\u015ftir. Yaban mersini, \u0131l\u0131man iklim ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131na intibak etmi\u015f bir meyve t\u00fcr\u00fc olup botanik olarak ger\u00e7ek \u00fcz\u00fcmler gurubunda bulunuyor ve asitli ve organik maddece zengin, defne, \u00e7am, k\u0131z\u0131la\u011fa\u00e7, ladin ve g\u00f6knar t\u00fcrlerinin kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k olarak yeti\u015fti\u011fi alanlarda kolayca yeti\u015febiliyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
