Sahura kalkmamak metabolizma h\u0131z\u0131nda azalman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra iftarda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 miktarda besin t\u00fcketilmesine yol a\u00e7abilir. Bunun sonucunda da kan \u015fekerinde dengesizlikler ve gastrointestinal sistemde rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilmektedir. Bu y\u00fczden Ramazan\u2019da sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmenin ilk ko\u015fulu sahura mutlaka kalkmakt\u0131r. Meyveler ve me\u015frubatlar y\u00fcksek oranda su i\u00e7erirler ancak v\u00fccudun kaybetti\u011fi suyu meyvelerle ve me\u015frubatlarla kar\u015f\u0131lamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda v\u00fccudumuza fazladan kimyasallar ve \u015feker alm\u0131\u015f oluruz.
