Canik Belediyesi zab\u0131ta ekipleri, Ramazan ay\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla f\u0131r\u0131n ve g\u0131da imalathanelerine y\u00f6nelik kontrollerini art\u0131rd\u0131. G\u00f6revliler taraf\u0131ndan halk\u0131n hijyen kurallar\u0131na uygun g\u0131da t\u00fcketmesini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan denetimlerde, ruhsat ve evrak kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, hijyen kurallar\u0131na uyulup uyulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin son kullanma tarihlerinin kontrol edilip edilmedi\u011fine ve fiyat etiketlerinin olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 denetlendi.<\/p>\n

\u0130l\u00e7e genelinde 29 f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 denetleyen Canik Belediyesi Zab\u0131ta denetimlerde genel temizlik, hijyen kurallar\u0131, i\u015f k\u0131yafetleri, unlar\u0131n depolama \u015fartlar\u0131, \u00fcretimde kullan\u0131lan alet ve ekipman\u0131n temizli\u011fi, ekmek ve pide gramaj\u0131, terazi, hamur bezi kontrolleri yap\u0131ld\u0131. Kontrollerde olduk\u00e7a titiz davranan ekipler, genel kurallara uymayan f\u0131r\u0131n sahipleri uyard\u0131.<\/p>\n

Zab\u0131ta ekiplerinin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 denetimle ilgili konu\u015fan Canik Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130brahim Sand\u0131k\u00e7\u0131, \u201c\u0130nsan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in her \u015feyden \u00f6nemli. Denetimlerimizi esnaf\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 zor durumda b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in de\u011fil, evine yiyecek g\u00f6t\u00fcren vatanda\u015flar\u0131n hijyenik ko\u015fullarda \u00fcretilmi\u015f g\u0131dalar\u0131 t\u00fcketebilmeleri i\u00e7in yap\u0131yoruz. Esnaf\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n genel manada bilin\u00e7li oldu\u011funu da g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu denetimlerdeki amac\u0131m\u0131z bu m\u00fcbarek ayda vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla oynanmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemek ve bu ay\u0131n kutsall\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6lge d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek isteyenleri \u00f6nlemek. \u00d6zellikle bu ayda halk\u0131n en \u00e7ok tercih etti\u011fi pide ve ekmek imalat\u0131 yapan f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve hijyenik ortamlarda imalat yapmalar\u0131na dikkat ediyoruz.
