Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmenin al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline gelmesi ve bu konuda bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Kad\u0131n Sa\u011fl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar E\u011fitim ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma Vakf\u0131 (KASAV) taraf\u0131ndan  d\u00fczenlenen \u201c9. Bahar Sempozyumu Avicenna\u201dda uzmanlar, bireylerde beslenme bilinci olu\u015fturacak bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli konuyu ele ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n Sa\u011fl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar E\u011fitim ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma Vakf\u0131 (KASAV) 9. Bahar Sempozyumu Avicenna, \u0130stanbul Ticaret Odas\u0131, \u0130stanbul Ticaret \u00dcniversitesi Sponsorlu\u011funda \u0130stanbul Ticaret \u00dcniversitesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam i\u00e7in beslenmenin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekilen sempozyumda; ba\u011f\u0131rsak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, geleneksel tar\u0131m, ramazanda bilin\u00e7li beslenme ve zay\u0131flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak yerine sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi konular\u0131n alt\u0131 \u00e7izildi.<\/p>\n<p>Zihin ve Beden Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Korunmas\u0131nda Beslenme Bilinci konulu sempozyumun a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan KASAV Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi G\u00fclhan Cengiz, \u201cT\u0131p \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 ilerleyen bir bilim dal\u0131. Amac\u0131m\u0131z sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131\u00e7\u0131lar aras\u0131nda dayan\u0131\u015fma olu\u015fturmak ve toplum bilinci geli\u015ftirmek. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u2018Okula Ge\u00e7 Kalma\u2019 projesiyle ba\u015flayan ve sonras\u0131nda toplumun her kesiminden kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocu\u011fa y\u00f6nelik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla devam eden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her yerine ula\u015fma hedefiyle devam ediyor. Bu y\u0131lki bahar sempozyumumuzun konusunu beslenme bilinci olarak belirledik. Bas\u0131na yans\u0131yan haberlerin ne kadar sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011fundan, beyin ve ba\u011f\u0131rsak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ili\u015fkisi ve takviye edici g\u0131dalara kadar t\u00fcm konular\u0131 bilimsel program\u0131m\u0131za ald\u0131k. Beslenme hayat\u0131n devam\u0131 i\u00e7in olmazsa olmaz, ancak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hatalar bazen hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tehlikeye at\u0131yor. Do\u011fru ve dengeli beslenmenin yolu i\u00e7e fark\u0131ndal\u0131ktan ge\u00e7iyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan geleneksel tar\u0131m\u0131n son derece \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirten Dr. Perihan Torun, tar\u0131mdan uzakla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a onun yerini tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcreten teknolojinin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bunun da insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in zararl\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Torun, g\u0131da \u00fcretimi ve t\u00fcketimindeki k\u00fcresel adaletsizli\u011fin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyi olumsuz etkiledi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zay\u0131flamak de\u011fil, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar kazanmak \u00f6nemli\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Psk. Dyt. Hatice K\u00fcbra I\u015f\u0131ldar ise, zay\u0131flaman\u0131n bir bask\u0131 haline d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, \u00f6nemli olan\u0131n zay\u0131flamak de\u011fil, buna yol a\u00e7an yanl\u0131\u015f davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. I\u015f\u0131ldar, \u201cZay\u0131flamak i\u00e7in bir s\u00fcre diyet yapan ki\u015fi, istedi\u011fi kiloya ula\u015f\u0131p diyeti b\u0131rak\u0131nca eski kilosuna tekrar d\u00f6ner. Bu k\u0131s\u0131r d\u00f6ng\u00fc, g\u0131da ile ki\u015fi aras\u0131nda \u00f6nce bir yoksunluk duygusuna ard\u0131ndan daha da kuvvetlenen bir a\u015fka d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Ki\u015fi yemeden duramaz. Burada \u00f6nemli olan davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmektir. Bunun i\u00e7in her lokmay\u0131 fark etmek, her lokma i\u00e7in \u015f\u00fckretmek \u00f6nemlidir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130kinci beyin ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131nca mutluluk hormonu artar\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sempozyumda beyin ve ba\u011f\u0131rsak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda sunum yapan Gastroentroloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Metin Ba\u015farano\u011flu, ikinci beyin olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan ba\u011f\u0131rsak floras\u0131ndaki mikrobiyotan\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 tutulmas\u0131n\u0131n son derece \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. V\u00fccuttaki serotonin hormonunun y\u00fczde 80\u2019inin ba\u011f\u0131rsak duvar\u0131ndan salg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Ba\u015farano\u011flu mutlu olmak istiyorsan\u0131z do\u011fru beslenin \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu. Prof. Dr. Ba\u015farano\u011flu \u201cPazara \u00e7\u0131k\u0131n ve orada g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz mevsimin sebze ve meyvelerini al\u0131n, evinize getirin. \u00c7i\u011f ya da pi\u015firerek fark etmez, sebze ve meyve yiyin. G\u00fcnl\u00fck lif al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131z 35-40 gram civar\u0131nda olmal\u0131. Bu ortalama boyda 10 havu\u00e7 kadard\u0131r. Bu miktar\u0131 t\u00fcm meyveler sebzeler aras\u0131nda payla\u015ft\u0131rarak t\u00fcketin. Evde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yo\u011furt ve yine evde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f az tuzlu tur\u015fu \u00e7ok de\u011ferlidir. Bunu da sofralar\u0131n\u0131za d\u00fczenli olarak getirin. B\u00f6ylece kendinizi hem bedenen hem de zihnen sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 hissedeceksiniz. Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131 durumunda pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n kendili\u011finden iyile\u015fme yoluna girdi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Bu hastal\u0131klar aras\u0131nda sedef gibi toplumda g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 3-4\u2019e ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f hastal\u0131klar da var. Mikrobiyota sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ise kayg\u0131n\u0131z, stresiniz azal\u0131r, mutlulu\u011funuz artar&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ramazan sofralar\u0131nda ne yedi\u011finize dikkat edin<\/p>\n<p>Dr. \u00d6\u011fretim G\u00f6revlisi Hilal \u00d6zkaya ise ge\u00e7en sene KASAV i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131rken, Ramazan boyunca iftar ve sahur sofralar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok ya\u011fl\u0131 ve tuzlu g\u0131dalardan olu\u015fmas\u0131, gere\u011finden fazla yemek yenmesi ve yemek sonras\u0131 hareket edilmemesinin sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk olu\u015fturdu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. \u00d6zkaya \u201cOrucun sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011fu konusunda yurt i\u00e7inde ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f pek \u00e7ok bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma var.
