Bunlar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, atrofi, beyin a\u011f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda azalma, ventrik\u00fcllerde geni\u015fleme gibi durumlard\u0131r. \u0130skemik inmeye kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 durduran bir kan p\u0131ht\u0131s\u0131 neden olur. Hemorajik inme ise beyni besleyen kan damarlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7atlayarak beynin hasar g\u00f6rmesinden kaynaklan\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca ge\u00e7ici iskemik atak ad\u0131 verilen ve beyne giden kan beslenmesinin ge\u00e7ici olarak kesintiye u\u011framas\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan inme durumudur.
