Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n, gen\u00e7 veya ileri ya\u015flarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabildi\u011fini belirten Cihangiro\u011flu, “\u0130shal, kab\u0131zl\u0131k, kar\u0131nda \u015fi\u015fkinlik, kans\u0131zl\u0131k, kemik erimesi, b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, boy uzamas\u0131nda azalma gibi belirtilerle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Toplumda farkl\u0131 hastal\u0131klarda da olu\u015fan belirtiler oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in tan\u0131 konmas\u0131 zor bir rahats\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r. Hastal\u0131k daha \u00e7ok ince ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131n ilk b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerini tutar.
