Dinleyenleri iyilik mele\u011fi olmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ran Sara\u00e7, \u201cRamazan ay\u0131 sadece bedenle ilgili de\u011fil, esas zihne, ruha oru\u00e7 tutturaca\u011f\u0131z. Ramazan ay\u0131 ruhun da fabrika ayarlar\u0131na geri d\u00f6nme ay\u0131 olsun\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u011fc\u0131lar Belediyesi\u2019nin geleneksel hale getirdi\u011fi g\u00f6n\u00fcl sofralar\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcnk\u00fc adresi Mahmutbey Mahallesi oldu. Kapal\u0131 Pazar alan\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen iftar yeme\u011finde Ba\u011fc\u0131lar Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Lokman \u00c7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ile AK Parti \u0130l\u00e7e Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smet \u00d6zt\u00fcrk mahalle sakinleriyle bir araya geldi. Kom\u015fuluk ili\u015fkilerinin peki\u015fti\u011fi g\u00f6n\u00fcl sofras\u0131nda \u00c7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, hem\u015fehrileriyle sohbet edip onlar\u0131n istek ve s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 dinledi. Ezan\u0131n okunmas\u0131yla birlikte de \u00f6nce eller semaya a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131p dualar edildi ard\u0131ndan da oru\u00e7lar a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ftardan sonra ise 15 Temmuz Demokrasi ve Milli \u0130rade Meydan\u0131\u2019na kurulan platformda k\u00fclt\u00fcr programlar\u0131na devam edildi. \u00d6nce \u00e7ocuklar Karag\u00f6z-Hacivat g\u00f6sterisi ve oyunlarla doyas\u0131ya e\u011flendi. Teravih namaz\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ise sahneye \u00e7\u0131kan Beslenme ve Diyet Uzman\u0131 Dr. Ender Sara\u00e7, serin havaya ra\u011fmen alan\u0131 dolduran Ba\u011fc\u0131larl\u0131lar\u2019a konferans verdi. \u0130ftar ve sahur sofralar\u0131nda yenilmesi gereken g\u0131dalar\u0131 anlatarak programa ba\u015flayan Sara\u00e7, daha sonra sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme konusunda t\u00fcyolar verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Zararl\u0131 yiyecekler huzurlu yendi\u011fi zaman \u015fifaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor<\/p>\n<p>Yedi\u011fimiz yeme\u011fin \u015fifa veya zehir olmas\u0131n\u0131n bizim elimizde oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Sara\u00e7, \u201cBilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyi yeme\u011fi etkiliyor. Sadece yeme\u011fin kalorisi \u00f6nemli de\u011fil. Hangi bilin\u00e7le yendi\u011fi de \u00f6nemli. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmek ve do\u011fru miktarda yemek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ancak bunlar kadar \u00f6nemli olan sofraya huzurlu oturmakt\u0131r. Yemek yapana te\u015fekk\u00fcr etmektir. Yeme\u011fe besmeleyle ba\u015flamak duayla bitirmektir. \u0130nan\u0131n bu yedi\u011finiz yeme\u011fin \u015fifa olu\u015funa \u00e7ok etki ediyor. Ruhun toksinleri nedir? Yalan, kin, nefret, k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k, g\u0131ybet, dedikodu. Bunlara filtre takal\u0131m. Ramazanda iyilik \u00e7\u0131kartal\u0131m. Dullara, yetimlere, \u015fehit ailelerine yard\u0131m edelim. Bu Ramazan ay\u0131nda sessiz sedas\u0131z bir iyilik mele\u011fi olun. Ruha da o y\u00fczden oru\u00e7 tutturmam\u0131z laz\u0131m. \u00d6zellikle bak\u0131n bizim kadar \u015fansl\u0131 olmayanlar var.
