Bu kapsamda, haciz i\u015flemleri art\u0131k icra m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerince elektronik ortamda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilecek. Tapu ve Kadastro Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Zeki Adl\u0131, e-Haciz i\u015flemlerinde tapu personeli taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak herhangi bir tescil ve terkin kontrol\u00fc bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, e-haciz uygulamas\u0131 ile i\u015flem taleplerine ait belgeler ile bu belgelere ili\u015fkin verilerin web servisi \u00fczerinden tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine g\u00f6nderildi\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n
