Yeni d\u00f6nemde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek projeler ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda GGYD y\u00f6netimine bilgi veren Ba\u015fkan Ya\u015far \u201cBizler genel ve yerel idareciler olarak daha ya\u015fanabilir, planl\u0131 ve huzurlu kentler haz\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in var g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fczle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya, kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 do\u011fru ve verimli kullanarak halk yarar\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yapmaya mecburuz. Ama T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kendi ayaklar\u0131 \u00fczerine durabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nce \u00fcretmesi gerek.
