Son g\u00fcnlerde hemen her sa\u011fl\u0131k, kad\u0131n, diyet programlar\u0131nda &#8220;Tur\u015fu sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in \u00e7ok yararl\u0131d\u0131r, yiyebildi\u011finiz kadar tur\u015fu yiyin, bol bol tur\u015fu suyu i\u00e7in&#8221; c\u00fcmlelerinin duyuldu\u011funu belirten Dyt Uzun, tur\u015funun o kadar da \u2019sa\u011fl\u0131k deposu\u2019 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, t\u0131pk\u0131 sucuk, salam, sosis gibi mide kanserine zemin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Son zamanlarda tur\u015funun bir t\u00fcr sa\u011fl\u0131k deposu gibi tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Dyt Emre Uzun, &#8220;Ek\u015fi, tuzlu salatal\u0131k ve lahana tur\u015fusunun zay\u0131flamak isteyenler, \u015feker hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in yararl\u0131 oldu\u011fu, kanseri \u00f6nledi\u011fi hatta i\u00e7indeki probiyotikler nedeniyle bol bol tur\u015fu t\u00fcketmek gerekti\u011fi s\u00f6yleniyor. Ancak tur\u015fu, tuz olmadan haz\u0131rlanamaz. Tur\u015fu suyu da \u00f6yle&#8230; Tur\u015fudaki sodyum, yani tuz da mide kanserine yol a\u00e7abilir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tur\u015fuda \u2019standart\u2019 diye bir \u015fey yok&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Diyetisyen Emre Uzun, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de t\u00fcketilen tur\u015fular\u0131n standard\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da bildireren &#8220;As\u0131l mesele tur\u015funun nas\u0131l haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131, i\u00e7ine neler eklendi\u011fi, hangi sebze ve meyvelerden kuruldu\u011fu&#8230; B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar tur\u015funun besin de\u011ferlerini de\u011fi\u015fken haline getirir. Tur\u015fuda neyin hangi miktarda bulunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dair \u00fclkemizde bir standart yok. Evdeki tur\u015fuyla merdivenalt\u0131nda \u00fcretilmi\u015f tur\u015fuyu ya da fabrikasyon \u00fcretilen tur\u015fuyu bir tutamazs\u0131n\u0131z! Bu  bir yana, her ev han\u0131m\u0131 da tur\u015fuyu ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde kurmaz; \u00f6rne\u011fin kimi limonla kurar kimi sirkeyle&#8230; Bu bile tur\u015funun sadece tad\u0131na de\u011fil besin de\u011ferlerine, dayanma s\u00fcresine etki eder. Tuz i\u00e7inde bekletilmi\u015f tur\u015fuda maya yoksa sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa zararl\u0131d\u0131r.
