{"id":157627,"date":"2019-05-16T09:42:06","date_gmt":"2019-05-16T06:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tvturk.com\/index.php\/ramazanda-sindirim-sistemini-yormayin\/"},"modified":"2019-05-16T09:42:06","modified_gmt":"2019-05-16T06:42:06","slug":"ramazanda-sindirim-sistemini-yormayin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.tvturk.com\/index.php\/ramazanda-sindirim-sistemini-yormayin\/","title":{"rendered":"Ramazanda sindirim sistemini yormay\u0131n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131, Gastroenteroloji ve Hepatoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Y\u00fcksel G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, Ramazan ay\u0131 boyunca ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek sindirim sisteminin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yorulmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 beraberinde getirmemesi i\u00e7in uyar\u0131larda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Y\u00fcksel G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, oru\u00e7 s\u00fcrelerinin uzun olmas\u0131 nedeniyle Ramazan ay\u0131nda kab\u0131zl\u0131k, \u015fi\u015fkinlik ve gaz problemlerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Oru\u00e7la beraber de\u011fi\u015fen beslenme d\u00fczeninin beraberinde gelen sindirim problemlerinin dost bakteriler olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan probiyotiklerle a\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fini vurulayan Prof. Dr. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, \u201c\u0130ftarda g\u0131dalar\u0131n yeteri kadar \u00e7i\u011fnenmeden ve h\u0131zl\u0131 yenmesi, sindirim ve bo\u015falt\u0131m sisteminde ciddi sorunlara yol a\u00e7ar. Bu sebeplerden, v\u00fccudumuz sindirim sistemini dengeleyen dost bakterilere daha \u00e7ok ihtiya\u00e7 duyar\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Yo\u011furt gibi probiyotik bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengin g\u0131dalar\u0131n t\u00fcketilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirten G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, d\u00fczenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131n, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini kuvvetlendirdi\u011fini, mide-kolon kanserinden korudu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u0131l ortalama oru\u00e7 s\u00fcresinin 16-18 saat oldu\u011funu ve uzun a\u00e7l\u0131k s\u00fcresinin ard\u0131ndan sindirim sistemini yormamak gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Prof. Dr. Y\u00fcksel G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, iftar\u0131n iki \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtti. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, &#8220;\u0130ftar\u0131n ilk k\u0131sm\u0131nda, \u00e7orba, salata, ayran gibi g\u0131dalar t\u00fcketilmelidir. Beyne tokluk sinyalleri 15 dakikadan sonra gitmeye ba\u015flar. Bu sebepten iftar\u0131n ilk \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcnde mideyi zorlamadan hafif g\u0131dalar t\u00fcketmek dengeli beslenmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. \u0130ftar\u0131n ikinci k\u0131sm\u0131nda ise, protein a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 yemekler, mevsim ye\u015fillikleri, tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 ekmek, bulgur, esmer pirin\u00e7, karabu\u011fday veya firik gibi tah\u0131llar t\u00fcketmek uygun olacakt\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131, Gastroenteroloji ve Hepatoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Y\u00fcksel G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, Ramazan ay\u0131 i\u00e7in en do\u011fru egzersiz saatinin iftardan 2 saat sonra yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirterek, g\u00fcnl\u00fck 35 dakikal\u0131k y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ile hem sindirim sistemi konforunun art\u0131rabilece\u011fini hem de kilo kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00f6netilebilece\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Ramazan ay\u0131nda, g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde kan \u015fekerinin s\u0131k\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, bu y\u00fczden insanlar\u0131n iftarda h\u0131zl\u0131 ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yedi\u011fini belirten Y\u00fcksel G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, bu problemin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilmesi i\u00e7in sahurda tam bu\u011fday unundan yap\u0131lan ekmek ve makarna, karabu\u011fday gibi karbonhidrat bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengin besinler t\u00fcketilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, &#8220;Sahur, imsak vaktinden 30-40 dakika \u00f6nce yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Sahuru hafif ama doyurucu bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn olarak ge\u00e7irmek isteyenler, yulaf ezmesi, s\u00fct ve muzu kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak t\u00fcketebilirler&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015ftah y\u00f6netiminde yumurtan\u0131n da olumlu etkileri oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, sahuru kahvalt\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fc bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnle yapmak isteyenlerin yumurtay\u0131 rahat\u00e7a t\u00fcketebileceklerini ifade etti. G\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde kan \u015fekerini dengeleyecek \u00f6nerilerde de bulunan G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130ftar ve sahur aras\u0131nda k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli de olsa uyumal\u0131d\u0131r. 00.00-03.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda uykuda olmak, g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde kan \u015fekerinin dengede kalmas\u0131na ve \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerde i\u015ftah y\u00f6netiminin sa\u011flanmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PROF.
