UNWTO Gastronomi Turizmi D\u00fcnya Forumu\u2019nda 90 \u00fclkeden turizm bakanl\u0131klar\u0131, ulusal ve yerel turizm idareleri, \u015fefler, giri\u015fimciler ve akademisyenlerden olu\u015fan 500 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131, yeni trendleri konu\u015fmak ve deneyimlerini payla\u015fmak \u00fczere bir araya geldi. K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tan\u0131tma Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve T\u00fcrkiye Turizm Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 Derne\u011fi\u2019nin de kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 5\u2019inci UNWTO Gastronomi Turizmi D\u00fcnya Forumu\u2019nun bu y\u0131lki konusu, gastronomi turizmi ve bu alandaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yerel toplumlara ve giri\u015fimcili\u011fe katk\u0131s\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Forumun T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den kat\u0131lan tek konu\u015fmac\u0131s\u0131 olan \u015eef Ebru Baybara Demir, Mardin ve \u015eanl\u0131urfa\u2019da hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ekosistemlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f projelerini di\u011fer \u00fclkelerin fayda sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 bir model olarak anlatt\u0131. Demir, gastronomi turizminde deneyim ya\u015fatman\u0131n \u00f6neminin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi\u011fi konu\u015fmas\u0131nda, gastronominin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fcyle, yerel lezzetlerin k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri yans\u0131tan sunumlar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fatabilmek ve bunu turizme de\u011fer katan bir unsur haline getirebilmek i\u00e7in sosyal gastronomi projelerine \u00f6ncelik verilmesi gerekti\u011fini dile getirdi. B\u00f6lgede hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi Harran Gastronomi Okulu ve Topraktan Taba\u011fa projeleriyle 310 kad\u0131n \u00e7ift\u00e7i ve 24 kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisin istihdam edildi\u011fi projeleri anlatan Demir, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir sonu\u00e7lar ile her y\u0131l faydas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bu projelerin, \u00fclke ve d\u00fcnya turizmine model olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131ndan bahsetti.
