Bilecik\u2019te her hafta pazar ve pazartesi g\u00fcnleri kurulan pazarda \u00e7e\u015fitli sebze, meyve ve istiridye mantar\u0131 satan Ersin G\u00fcler, sebze ve meyve halinde satmak i\u00e7in istiridye mantar\u0131 bulamamas\u0131 \u00fczerine bir sera kurarak istiridye mantar\u0131 yeti\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Ayda 3 ton verim ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u0130HA muhabirine anlatan G\u00fcler, “Bilecik\u2019te esnafl\u0131k yap\u0131yorum. Tezg\u00e2hlarda k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve istiridye mantar\u0131 sat\u0131yoruz. 120 metre kare bir \u00e7ad\u0131r\u0131m\u0131z var \u015fuan ve ayl\u0131k 3 ton verim al\u0131yoruz. Bunun 1 tonunu Bilecik\u2019te pazarlara ve pazarc\u0131lara veriyoruz, 2 tonunu ise \u0130stanbul\u2019a g\u00f6nderiyoruz. S\u00fcrekli buzhaneli arabalarla gelip al\u0131yorlar” dedi.<\/p>\n

Yap\u0131lan i\u015fin detaylar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan G\u00fcler; “Bu komposlardan 3 fla\u015f al\u0131n\u0131yor. Her verime biz fla\u015f diyoruz. \u0130lk hafta birinci fla\u015f\u0131 ald\u0131ktan sonra iki hafta duruyor. \u0130ki hafta sonra ikinci fla\u015flar\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131yor. O hasat bittikten sonra \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc fla\u015fa ge\u00e7iyor tabi \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc fla\u015f en az k\u0131sm\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc fla\u015f\u0131 da ald\u0131ktan sonra komposlar bitiyor. Antalya arabalar\u0131yla geliyor ve istedi\u011fimiz zaman bazen olmuyor. Tezg\u00e2hlar\u0131m\u0131z bo\u015f kal\u0131yor o y\u00fczden k\u0131zd\u0131m ve bu i\u015fe girmeye karar verdim, \u015fuan herhangi bir bo\u015fluk olmuyor. Her hafta tezg\u00e2hlar\u0131m\u0131za istiridye mantar\u0131n\u0131 koyabiliyoruz. Pazarc\u0131lara toptan veriyoruz ve halk\u0131m\u0131z bunu 12 ile 15 TL aras\u0131nda yiyor.
