Stres tepkisinin olu\u015fmamas\u0131 ancak sinir sistemin \u00e7\u00f6kmesiyle olu\u015fur.  Streste de denge gereklili\u011fi vard\u0131r. Anl\u0131k stres tehdit kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u2018ka\u00e7 ya da sava\u015f\u2019 sistemi devreye girerken, kronik stres hem fiziksel hem de psikolojik hasarlar vermektedir. Fiziksel olarak, stres uzad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kaslar s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131r, b\u00fcz\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr, gerilir. Sinirler zarar g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flar b\u00f6ylece de uzun vadede a\u011fr\u0131 ve fonksiyon bozukluklar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Psikolojik olarak ise e\u011fer stres fakt\u00f6r\u00fc, tehdit i\u00e7erikli ise korku ve kayg\u0131 duygular\u0131, kay\u0131p ile ilgiliyse karamsarl\u0131k gibi depresif duygular sald\u0131r\u0131 i\u00e7erikli ise \u00f6fke duygusu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Sonu\u00e7 olarak y\u00f6netilmeyen stres konsantrasyon kayb\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla performans kayb\u0131na sebep olabilir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Stresi y\u00f6netebilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle fark\u0131nda olmak gerekti\u011fini belirten Beg\u00fcm Derici \u00dclker, \u201cStresin uzad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair ipu\u00e7lar\u0131, yorgunluk, hevessizlik, i\u015ftah ve uyku sorunlar\u0131, h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00f6fkelenme, al\u0131nganl\u0131k, konsanstre olamama, i\u00e7e \u00e7ekilme, alkol veya uyu\u015fturucu maddeler kullanmad\u0131r.  E\u011fer uzam\u0131\u015f bir stresin etkisi alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fumuzu hissedersek \u00f6ncelikle hayat d\u00fczenimiz i\u00e7erisinde baz\u0131 temel noktalara m\u00fcdahale etmeliyiz. En temel olarak bunlar, d\u00fczenli ve dengeli beslenme, egzersiz yapmak, d\u00fczenli uyku, planl\u0131 olmak, ula\u015f\u0131labilir hedefler koymak, sevdi\u011fin insanlara ve hobilerine zaman ay\u0131rmak, kendine zaman ay\u0131rmak, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye zaman ay\u0131rmak, mizah, etkili ve a\u00e7\u0131k ileti\u015fim kurmak, hay\u0131r diyebilmek\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;E\u011fer hayat d\u00fczenimize m\u00fcdahale edemiyorsak, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemine m\u00fcdahale etmeliyiz&#8221; diyen \u00dclker s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cGer\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f bir olay\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek imkans\u0131z, \u00f6nlemek ise zordur.
