Bolu Barosu Kad\u0131n Haklar\u0131 Komisyonu \u00fcyeleri, Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da bo\u015fanma a\u015famas\u0131nda oldu\u011fu e\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen avukat M\u00fczeyyen Boylu i\u00e7in Bolu Adliyesi \u00f6n\u00fcnde bir araya geldi. Boylu\u2019nun \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesini protesto eden \u00fcyeler, ya\u015fanan\u0131n bir kad\u0131n cinayeti oldu\u011funu ve kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitsizli\u011finin, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n geldi\u011fi noktan\u0131n ac\u0131 bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Grup ad\u0131na bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 yapan Komisyon Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Avukat Fatma Kubilay, bo\u015fanma davas\u0131n\u0131n bile kad\u0131n cinayetiyle sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131n\u0131n, \u00fclkede kad\u0131na \u015fiddette gelinen vahim ve \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc bir durum oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Kubilay, “Bu cinayet bize kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitsizli\u011finin, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n geldi\u011fi noktay\u0131 ac\u0131 bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6stermektedir. Konu kad\u0131n oldu\u011funda sosyal, ekonomik ve e\u011fitim fark\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek son derece rahats\u0131z edici bir durumdur. Son y\u0131llarda kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddetin ve kad\u0131n cinayetlerinin artmas\u0131 sistemde bir\u00e7ok yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131n oldu\u011funu bize g\u00f6stermektedir. Yetkililerin \u015fiddetle m\u00fccadelede ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6steremedi\u011fi bir sonu\u00e7 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zdad\u0131r. Sistemin kad\u0131n\u0131 korumad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00f6nleyici ve koruyucu tedbirlerin etkisiz oldu\u011fu bir ger\u00e7ektir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
