T\u00dcRK-\u0130\u015e Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Erg\u00fcn Atalay, 21-23 May\u0131s 2019 tarihlerinde Viyana\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Avrupa Sendikalar Konfederasyonu ETUC\u2019un genel kuruluna kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
ILO Genel Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Guy Ryder ile haziran ay\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek Uluslararas\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Konferans\u0131 hakk\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fen Erg\u00fcn Atalay, i\u015f\u00e7i haklar\u0131 konusunda Avrupa\u2019da ve d\u00fcnyada ya\u015fanan geriye gidi\u015f ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na ili\u015fkin konularda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<\/p>\n
Erg\u00fcn Atalay, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi:<\/p>\n
“Avrupa \u0130\u015f Sendikalar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n konfederasyonun 14. genel kurulu Viyana\u2019da oluyor. Viyana bizim i\u00e7in ve d\u00fcnyadaki sendikalar i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli. Yabanc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hat safhaya ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00fclkelerden bir tanesi. Buradaki \u00fclkeyi y\u00f6netenler yabanc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131m\u0131yorlar. Sendikal haklar\u0131n ihlal edildi\u011fi d\u00f6nemde bu d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde var. Avrupa\u2019da da var. \u00d6zellikle Yemen Filistin Afrika\u2019da insanlar a\u00e7l\u0131ktan \u00f6lmeye devam ederken bir tarafta da insanlar tokluktan \u00f6lecekler. \u00d6zellikle i\u015f\u00e7i haklar\u0131n\u0131n geriye gitti\u011fi bir d\u00f6nemde, 26 May\u0131s\u2019ta Avrupa\u2019da se\u00e7imler var. Avrupa\u2019daki T\u00fcrk k\u00f6kenli arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za sesleniyorum i\u015f\u00e7i dostu yabanc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fman olmayanlara oy verin. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i dostu olmayanlarla birlikte olursan\u0131z bunun s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 siz \u00f6dersiniz. Avrupa\u2019da ne s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 varsa bizim \u00fclkemizde de var. \u00dclkemizde g\u00fcndem k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131, bireysel emeklilik… \u00d6zellikle k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 ile ilgili i\u015f\u00e7ilerde huzursuzluk had safhada. Almayanlarla ilgili bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131ls\u0131n buna katk\u0131 sa\u011flans\u0131n. Bireysel emeklilik zorunlu olmamal\u0131 g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olmal\u0131. 6 aya yak\u0131n s\u00fcredir 200 bine yak\u0131n kamu i\u015f\u00e7isinin toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi g\u00fcndemde. Bununla ilgili hem toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme ve k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 ile ilgili iktidar partisinden olumlu bir haber bekliyoruz.
