Kilis\u2019te her y\u0131l oldu\u011fu gibi bu y\u0131l da Ramazan ay\u0131 ile birlikte f\u0131r\u0131nlar ve pastahanelerde kerebi\u00e7 tatl\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131mlar\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Ramazan Bayram\u0131\u2019na say\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcnler kala f\u0131r\u0131n ve pastahanelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bir \u00e7ok evde de yap\u0131lan kerebi\u00e7 tatl\u0131lar\u0131, Ramazan ay\u0131nda iftar sofralar\u0131 s\u00fcslerken bayramda en \u00e7ok ikram edilen yiyecekler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
As\u0131rlard\u0131r s\u00fcre gelen gelenek olan kerebi\u00e7 tatl\u0131s\u0131na Kilis\u2019te b\u00f6lge insan\u0131 ise yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6steriyor. Kerebi\u00e7 \u00fcretip satan Mehmet Bar\u0131\u015f Horuz, \u00f6zellikle bayramlarda misafirlere ikram edilen kerebi\u00e7 tatl\u0131s\u0131na yo\u011fun talep oldu\u011funu belirterek, “Kerebi\u00e7 tatl\u0131s\u0131 gelene\u011fi bu y\u0131lda yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde devam ediyor. Kilis\u2019te ve y\u00f6resinde her Ramazan ay\u0131 geldi\u011finde hemen hemen her aile bayraml\u0131k kerebi\u00e7 haz\u0131rl\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Gelene\u011fin Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminden kalma oldu\u011funu da s\u00f6yleyen Horuz, ayr\u0131ca kerebi\u00e7 tatl\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n f\u0131st\u0131kl\u0131 ve cevizli t\u00fcrlerinin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da kaydetti. Horuz, f\u0131st\u0131lk\u0131 kerebi\u00e7\u2019in kilosunu 60 TL\u2019den, cevizlisinin kilosunu ise 40 TL\u2019den satt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
“Bu tatl\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminden beri Kilis\u2019te \u00fcretiliyor. F\u0131st\u0131kl\u0131 ve cevizli olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bizler de s\u00fcrekli yap\u0131p sat\u0131yoruz. Kerebi\u00e7in ise fiyat\u0131 kullan\u0131lan malzemeye g\u00f6re, f\u0131st\u0131kl\u0131 60 TL, cevizli ise 40 TL\u2019ye sat\u0131yoruz” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Kerebi\u00e7 tatl\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da anlatan Horuz, “Kerebi\u00e7i irmik, un, zeytinya\u011f\u0131, su ile s\u00fct ile yo\u011furuyoruz. Hamurun i\u00e7erisini f\u0131st\u0131k veya ceviz ile dolduruyoruz. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 200 derece s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki ta\u015f f\u0131r\u0131nda pi\u015firilmesi gerekiyor” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Horuz, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin farkl\u0131 kentlerinde ya\u015fayan Kilislilerin bu tatl\u0131dan alabilmek amac\u0131yla bayram\u0131 bahane ederek kente geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Horuuz, “Kilisli olan, ancak de\u011fi\u015fik kentlerde ya\u015fayanlar bayraml\u0131k kerebi\u00e7i almak i\u00e7in Kilis\u2019e geliyor. Genel de bayram\u0131 ve yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret bahanesi ile kente geliyor ve kilolarca kerebi\u00e7ini al\u0131p gidiyor. Kilis\u2019e gelemeyenler ise bir yak\u0131n\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile temin ediyor.
