Celil An\u0131k, h\u0131z artt\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n darald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, yoldaki ve \u00e7evredeki hareketli ya da hareketsiz nesnelerin net bir \u015fekilde alg\u0131lanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirerek, “H\u0131z ibresi y\u00fckseldik\u00e7e s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 azal\u0131r. Saatte 65 kilometre h\u0131zla giderken g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f a\u00e7\u0131n\u0131z 70 derece iken, s\u00fcrat 130 kilometreye y\u00fckseldi\u011finde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 30 dereceye d\u00fc\u015fer.
