Giresun Belediyesi \u0130mar M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc toplant\u0131 salonunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen kongreye T\u00fcm \u0130\u015f Konfederasyonu Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mahmut \u015eahin, T\u00fcm Orman \u0130\u015f Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Taner \u00c7ak\u0131c\u0131, T\u00fcm B\u00fcro Sen Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Halit \u00d6n\u00fck, Sa\u011fl\u0131k-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Muhsine Kahveci, siyasi parti temsilcileri ve sendika \u00fcyeleri kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Kongrede a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131 yapan T\u00fcm Genel \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fatih Y\u0131ld\u0131z, bir dik duru\u015f hareketinden bu sendikan\u0131n do\u011fdu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Y\u0131ld\u0131z \u201cGiresun\u2019da ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7ilerin haklar\u0131n\u0131 savunmak i\u00e7in Giresun Kamu \u015eirket \u0130\u015f\u00e7ileri Sosyal Yard\u0131mla\u015fma ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma Derne\u011fi kurmu\u015ftuk. Bu dernek \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lan ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin karda boranda \u00e7ad\u0131rda n\u00f6bet tutarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir eylemimiz vard\u0131. Bu dik duru\u015f bu sendikam\u0131z\u0131n temellerini olu\u015fturdu. Bug\u00fcn i\u015f\u00e7ilerimizin haklar\u0131n\u0131 daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc savunabilmemiz i\u00e7in kurdu\u011fumuz sendikam\u0131z\u0131n ilk kongresini yapmaktay\u0131z\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00dclkemizde k\u00f6t\u00fc sendikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n kendilerini sendika sahibi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden T\u00fcm \u0130\u015f Konfederasyonu Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mahmut \u015eahin ise \u201cK\u00f6t\u00fc kom\u015fu insan\u0131 mal sahibi yaparm\u0131\u015f. Bizi de sendika sahibi yapt\u0131. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn ki bir tarafta \u00e7ocu\u011funu okul servisiyle okula g\u00f6nderemeyen bir i\u015f\u00e7i, di\u011fer tarafta \u00e7ocu\u011funu yurt d\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda \u00f6zel okullarda okutan bir sendika y\u00f6neticisi. Sendika y\u00f6neticileri \u015fatafatla ya\u015fayacak i\u015f\u00e7iler de b\u00f6yle olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnecek. Bizim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda b\u00f6yle bir \u015fey yok. Biz bu yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 durmak i\u00e7in bu konfederasyonu kurduk. Bizim sendikam\u0131z bir ilke koydu bu ilkenin temelinde i\u015f\u00e7ilerin daha insanca ya\u015fayabilece\u011fi haklara sahip olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu sistem \u00fczerine sendikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 oturtmak istiyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Yap\u0131lan konu\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Fatih Y\u0131ld\u0131z tek liste ile T\u00fcm Genel \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 olarak g\u00fcven tazeledi.
