Hopa il\u00e7esinde il\u00e7e merkezinden yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 metre y\u00fcksekte olan Kuledibi mahallesinin yolu bir hayli uzundu. Merdivenli yol ise vatanda\u015flar\u0131 can\u0131ndan bezdirir hale getirmi\u015fti. Mahalle halk\u0131 mahallesine asans\u00f6r istedi ve ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz d\u00f6nem AK Parti\u2019de olan belediye taraf\u0131ndan sorun asans\u00f6r yapt\u0131r\u0131larak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc. Hopa Kaymakaml\u0131k ve Hopa Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 binalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yapt\u0131r\u0131larak hizmete giren asans\u00f6r yerden 50 metre y\u00fckse\u011fe \u00e7\u0131karak Kuledibi mahallesinin ula\u015f\u0131m sorununu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcyor. 10 katl\u0131 bir apartman y\u00fcksekli\u011findeki 5-6 ki\u015fi alan asans\u00f6r sayesinde vatanda\u015flar ne uzun yol gitmek zorunda kal\u0131yor, ne de mahalleye ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flayan merdivenleri \u00e7\u0131kmak zorunda kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Asans\u00f6r\u00fcn yap\u0131lmas\u0131yla rahat ettiklerini, asans\u00f6rden \u00f6nce uzun bir yol y\u00fcr\u00fcmek zorunda kald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren G\u00f6n\u00fcl Ersoy isimli mahalle sakini \u201c\u00c7ok g\u00fczel bir \u015fey. Evim hemen burada, benim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok rahat oldu. Eskiden yol \u00e7ok uzundu. \u00d6b\u00fcr taraftan dolanmak zorunda kal\u0131yorduk. E\u015fya ile \u00e7\u0131kam\u0131yordum, o\u011fluma diyordum gel beni kar\u015f\u0131la, \u015fimdi dolmu\u015ftan iniyorum direk asans\u00f6rle evime \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Asans\u00f6r\u00fcn ya\u015fl\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok rahatlat\u0131c\u0131 bir hizmet oldu\u011funu dile getiren G\u00fcner \u015ee\u015fen ise \u201cBu hizmet o kadar g\u00fczel oldu ki, yap\u0131lan en iyi hizmetlerden biri. Eskiden mahalleye \u00e7\u0131kan yollar uzundu ve yoku\u015ftu tabi.
