Midemizi yormayacak, kan \u015fekerini g\u00fcn boyu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeyecek besinler t\u00fcketmeliyiz. Sahur \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcnde kahvalt\u0131 yapmak en \u00f6nemlisi. Bizi tok tutmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kaliteli protein kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131zdan yumurtay\u0131 bulundurmal\u0131y\u0131z. S\u00fct, yo\u011furt veya ayran t\u00fcketmek de faydal\u0131d\u0131r. Tok tutmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla sahurda kesinlikle tam tah\u0131l ekmekler t\u00fcketmeliyiz. Ramazan pidesi t\u00fcketmek istiyorsak da iftarda, ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z kadar t\u00fcketebiliriz. V\u00fccudumuzun susuzlu\u011funu hem suyla hem sebze meyvelerle sa\u011flayabilmemiz i\u00e7in salata ve meyve t\u00fcketimimiz mutlaka olmal\u0131. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u011f grubumuzdan ceviz, f\u0131nd\u0131k ve badem tercih edilebilir.
