Tatl\u0131 t\u00fcketilecekse, hamurlu ve \u015ferbetli tatl\u0131lar yerine k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck porsiyonlar halinde s\u00fctl\u00fc tatl\u0131lar t\u00fcketilmelidir. S\u0131cak havalara denk gelen bayram g\u00fcnlerinde 2,5-3 litre su t\u00fcketimi de \u00f6nem kazanmaktad\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ramazan boyunca g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131 ve beslenme d\u00fczenindeki de\u011fi\u015fiklikler sebebiyle ki\u015fi, bayramda psikolojik olarak daha fazla yeme e\u011filimine giriyor. Fakat Ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yemek, baz\u0131 problemleri ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz hale getiriyor. Ayr\u0131ca Ramazan\u2019da kilo al\u0131nmas\u0131ndaki en \u00f6nemli etkenlerden biri yava\u015flayan metabolizma oluyor. Bu y\u00fczden bayram da dahil olmak \u00fczere az ve s\u0131k yiyerek \u00f6ncelikle metabolizman\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Metabolizman\u0131n eski h\u0131z\u0131na ula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in dengeli beslenmek ve spor yapmak \u015fartt\u0131r. Ancak 3 ana \u00f6\u011f\u00fcne ek en az 2 ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnden olu\u015fan bir beslenme program\u0131 ve her g\u00fcn 1 saatlik tempolu y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015flerle metabolizma eski h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131za ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir. Ramazan ay\u0131nda azalan \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bayramdan sonra g\u00fcnl\u00fck beslenme program\u0131na ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnler ekleyerek art\u0131rmak, yava\u015flam\u0131\u015f olan metabolizma h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesini sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnler; meyve, s\u00fct veya s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, tah\u0131ll\u0131 ekmek, peynir,  diyet bisk\u00fcvisi gibi besinlerden olu\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca az su t\u00fcketimi de; yorgunluk, b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131klar\u0131, deride kuruma ve sindirim sistemi gibi rahats\u0131zl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.
