Sigara i\u00e7en erkeklerde iktidars\u0131zl\u0131k, kad\u0131nlarda ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yapma, erken do\u011fum ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bebek do\u011furma riski artar&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>31 May\u0131s D\u00fcnya T\u00fct\u00fcns\u00fcz G\u00fcn\u00fc dolay\u0131s\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan M\u00fcd\u00fcr Bah\u00e7ac\u0131, sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden ve mutlaka m\u00fccadele edilerek \u00f6nlenmesi gereken bir sorun oldu\u011funu belirtti. Aktif ve pasif sigara i\u00e7icili\u011finin \u00f6l\u00fcmlere, hastal\u0131klara, sakatl\u0131klara neden oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Bah\u00e7ac\u0131, &#8220;Psikolojik ve maddi a\u00e7\u0131dan ki\u015filerin ve toplumun sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit etti\u011fi bilinmektedir. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (DS\u00d6) taraf\u0131ndan 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 31 May\u0131s D\u00fcnya T\u00fct\u00fcns\u00fcz G\u00fcn\u00fc temas\u0131 \u2019akci\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Sigara her y\u0131l d\u00fcnyada yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 milyon insan\u0131n beklenenden \u00f6nce \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Bu \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin yakla\u015f\u0131k 600 bini sigara duman\u0131ndan pasif etkilenme sebebiyle olmaktad\u0131r. Sigaran\u0131n verdi\u011fi zararlar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rman\u0131n tek yolu, sigaray\u0131 tamamen b\u0131rakmakt\u0131r&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Akci\u011fer kanseri ve amfizeme ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131 sigaraya ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 boykot ettiklerinin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Bah\u00e7ac\u0131, &#8220;Akci\u011fer kanseri ve amfizeme ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131 sigaraya ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. A\u011f\u0131z, g\u0131rtlak, yemek borusu, mide, pankreas, mesane, prostat ve rahim a\u011fz\u0131 kanserleri, sigara i\u00e7enlerde daha fazla g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Sigara i\u00e7enlerde kalp krizi, inme ve bacak kangreni riski daha fazlad\u0131r. Sigara i\u00e7en erkeklerde iktidars\u0131zl\u0131k, kad\u0131nlarda ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yapma, erken do\u011fum ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bebek do\u011furma riski artar. Sigara, s\u0131k s\u0131k \u00fcst ve alt solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131na sebep olur. Sigara i\u00e7medi\u011fi halde sigara duman\u0131na maruz kalmak da benzer sa\u011fl\u0131k problemlerine yol a\u00e7ar. \u00d6zellikle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklarda akci\u011fer geli\u015fimine zarar verir, ast\u0131m olma riskini art\u0131r\u0131r&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sigaraya b\u0131rakanlar\u0131 destekliyoruz&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakanlar\u0131 desteklendiklerini kaydeden Bah\u00e7ac\u0131, &#8220;Sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakt\u0131ktan 20 dakika sonra kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 azal\u0131r ve nab\u0131z yava\u015flar. Kan dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015fmesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak el ve ayaklarda v\u00fccut \u0131s\u0131s\u0131 artar. 8 saat i\u00e7erisinde karbonmonoksit seviyesi normale iner, kandaki oksijen miktar\u0131 y\u00fckselir. 48 saatte sinir u\u00e7lar\u0131nda onar\u0131m ba\u015flar, koku ve tat alma duyusu iyile\u015fir. 2 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 36 oran\u0131nda, tekrar kalp krizi ge\u00e7irme riski ise y\u00fczde 50 oran\u0131nda azal\u0131r. \u0130yi kolesterol olarak bilinen HDL miktar\u0131 artar. 2 hafta ile 3 ay i\u00e7erisinde sigaraya ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fck ve balgam ortadan kalkar, egzersiz kapasitesinde art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6zlenir. Kaybedilen akci\u011fer fonksiyonlar\u0131 geri kazan\u0131lmaz ancak, 1 y\u0131l sonra akci\u011fer fonksiyonlar\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 azal\u0131r ve hi\u00e7 sigara i\u00e7meyen bir ki\u015fi ile ayn\u0131 seviyeye gelir. Akci\u011fer kanseri riskinde birinci y\u0131ldan itibaren d\u00fc\u015fme ba\u015flar, ancak hi\u00e7 sigara i\u00e7memi\u015f bir ki\u015finin ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 riske yakla\u015fmas\u0131 20 y\u0131l al\u0131r. 10 y\u0131lda a\u011f\u0131z, bo\u011faz, yemek borusu kanseri riski yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya azal\u0131r. Benzer \u015fekilde, mesane, b\u00f6brek, pankreas kanseri riski de d\u00fc\u015fer. Sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u00fcst solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131, sin\u00fczit ve faranjit s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda azalma g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u0130nme riskinde birinci y\u0131ldan itibaren azalma ba\u015flar. 10 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde bu risk, hi\u00e7 sigara i\u00e7memi\u015f ki\u015filerin seviyesine iner&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00d6ncelikle sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakmay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten isteyin&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakmak isteyenlere \u00f6nerilerde de bulunan Bah\u00e7ac\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00d6ncelikle sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakmay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten isteyin. Sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakma konusunda sizin i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olan sebepleri bulun ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olan bu karar\u0131 vermekte gecikmeyin. Bol miktarda su ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kalorili i\u00e7ecekler t\u00fcketin. \u015eekerli ve ya\u011fl\u0131 yiyeceklerden daha az t\u00fcketmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Yeterince uyumaya ve dinlenmeye dikkat edin. D\u00fczenli olarak ve kolayca uygulayabilece\u011finiz bir egzersiz program\u0131na ba\u015flay\u0131n. Sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakt\u0131ktan sonra kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabilece\u011finiz kilo alma, gerginlik, yo\u011funla\u015fma g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, asabiyet, \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fc ve huzursuzluk gibi sorunlar\u0131n sizi korkutmas\u0131na izin vermeyin.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>4207 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fct\u00fcn ve T\u00fct\u00fcn Mamullerinin Zararlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00d6nlenmesine Dair Kanun kapsam\u0131nda 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda 27 ekip, 45 g\u00f6revli personel ile 27 bin 477 i\u015fletmede 89 bin 578 denetim yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgu yapan Bah\u00e7ac\u0131, bu i\u015fletmelerden 437\u2019sine idari para cezas\u0131, 18 i\u015fletmeye ise kapatma cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 dile getirdi. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 ilk d\u00f6rt ay i\u00e7erisinde de 27 bin 13 i\u015fletmede 29 bin 247 denetim yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Bah\u00e7ac\u0131,  bu i\u015fletmelerden 197\u2019sine idari para cezas\u0131, 10 i\u015fletmeye ise kapatma cezas\u0131 verildi\u011fini ifade etti.
