K\u00fctahya Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bilimleri \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi N\u00f6roloji Anabilim Dal\u0131, N\u00f6roimmunoloji ve MS \u00dcnitesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Sibel Canbaz Kabay, Dumlup\u0131nar \u00dcniversitesi b\u00fcnyesindeki MS Hasta E\u011fitim Okulunun T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk s\u00fcrekli MS Hasta E\u011fitim Okulu projesi oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n
MS Hasta E\u011fitim Okulunun 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 Temmuz ay\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Prof. Dr. Sibel Canbaz Kabay, kurulu\u015f a\u015famas\u0131nda; Kalk\u0131nma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, K\u00fctahya Belediyesi ve Kamu Hastaneleri Birli\u011fi\u2019nden de destek al\u0131narak multi-disipliner yakla\u015f\u0131mla faaliyete ge\u00e7ti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Okulun amac\u0131n\u0131n bir MS hastas\u0131n\u0131n, ya\u015fam\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde kalmas\u0131n\u0131 ve tedaviye uyumunu destekleyecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc t\u0131bbi, sosyal, fiziksel, ruhsal deste\u011fi sa\u011flamak ve sosyal \u00e7ekilme ya\u015fayan MS hastalar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden topluma kazand\u0131rmak oldu\u011funa de\u011finen Sibel Canbaz Kabay, \u201cBu ba\u011flamda, farkl\u0131 disiplinlerden uzmanlar, okulumuzda g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Dumlup\u0131nar \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi N\u00f6roloji Anabilim Dal\u0131 N\u00f6roimmunoloji \u00dcnitesi-MS poliklini\u011finde ya da farkl\u0131 \u015fehirlerde takip ve tedavisi devam eden MS hastalar\u0131, ko\u015fulsuz olarak okula kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rabilir ve gelebildikleri g\u00fcnlerde veya haftada \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn d\u00fczenli olarak okulda e\u011fitimlerine devam ederler. MS Hasta Okulumuzda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan e\u011fiticiler aras\u0131nda: MS alan\u0131nda uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir N\u00f6rolog, N\u00f6ro-\u00fcrolojik hastal\u0131klar alan\u0131nda deneyimli bir \u00dcrolog, MS fizyoterapisi alan\u0131nda deneyimli uzman Fizyoterapist, Sosyal Hizmet uzman\u0131, MS alan\u0131nda deneyimli Psikolog ve yan\u0131 s\u0131ra seramik sanatlar\u0131 e\u011fitmeni, resim sanatlar\u0131 ve ebru e\u011fitmeni, m\u00fczik e\u011fitmeni foto\u011fraf\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k sanat e\u011fitmeni, kognitif rehabilitasyon ve MS hem\u015fireleri yer almaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Kabay, \u201cHastalar\u0131m\u0131z, K\u00fctahya Belediyesi\u2019nin okulumuza destek amac\u0131yla tahsis etti\u011fi engelli aparatl\u0131 bir otob\u00fcs ve s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc deste\u011fi ile \u015fehir merkezindeki noktalardan al\u0131narak, Dumlup\u0131nar \u00dcniversitesi (DP\u00dc) Merkez Kamp\u00fcs\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde, \u00fcniversitemizin MS okulu i\u00e7in imk\u00e2n verdi\u011fi hizmet binas\u0131ndaki MS hasta e\u011fitim okuluna getirilmektedir. Her y\u0131l, e\u011fitim d\u00f6nemi \u00f6ncesinde, e\u011fiticiler taraf\u0131ndan bir araya gelinerek yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131larla, dersler bir m\u00fcfredat d\u00e2hilinde planlan\u0131r. MS hasta e\u011fitim okulunda g\u00f6revli e\u011fitimciler, belirli aral\u0131klarla MS uzman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan verilen \u201ce\u011fiticilerin e\u011fitimleri\u201d seminerlerine zorunlu olarak kat\u0131l\u0131rlar. Okulda toplu grup e\u011fitimleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, hastan\u0131n hastal\u0131k \u00f6zelli\u011fi, fiziksel \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, sosyal veya psikolojik sorunlar\u0131 g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilerek, bireysel e\u011fitimler, rehabilitasyon ya da sosyal destek sa\u011flanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131r ve uygulan\u0131r. Okulda hastalara, belirli aral\u0131klarla MS hakk\u0131nda bilgiler, MS ile ya\u015famda \u00f6neriler ve tedavide yenilikler konulu e\u011fitim seminerleri verilir. Okul e\u011fitimleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, okula transferi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan MS hastalar\u0131n\u0131n haftada bir g\u00fcn MS hem\u015fire ve\/veya MS uzman\u0131 ile birlikte psikolog ve sosyal hizmet uzman\u0131 ve fizyoterapist ile birlikte ev ziyaretleri yap\u0131larak, sorunlara yerinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri aran\u0131r.
