Bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 sahur ve iftar olmak \u00fczere ikiye d\u00fc\u015ferken, devam\u0131nda gelen Ramazan bayram\u0131nda ise yiyecek t\u00fcketimi artmakta. Bayramda beslenme d\u00fczeninin ani de\u011fi\u015fiminin ki\u015fide obezite, diyabet, kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fme riskini artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir \u00dcniversitesi (BAU) Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi \u00d6zg\u00fcn T\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fc, tatl\u0131 ve s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimi hakk\u0131nda uyar\u0131larda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeslenme d\u00fczeninizi de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyin\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ramazan ay\u0131nda g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi \u00d6zg\u00fcn T\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cRamazanda bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 ikiye d\u00fc\u015fmekte ve \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn saatleri g\u00fcnd\u00fcz saatlerinden gece saatlerine kaymaktad\u0131r. Ramazan bayram\u0131n\u0131n gelmesi ile birlikte ise ki\u015filer \u00f6zellikle kahvalt\u0131y\u0131 atlay\u0131p, \u00f6\u011flen ve ak\u015fam saatlerindeki \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rma e\u011filiminde bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bayram ziyaretlerinde sunulan ikramlar ile birlikte bireylerin \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn yo\u011funluklar\u0131 da artmaktad\u0131r. Beslenme d\u00fczeninin bu \u015fekilde h\u0131zl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimi bireylerin v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015fa, kan \u015fekerlerinin ve tansiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ani y\u00fckselip al\u00e7almas\u0131 gibi d\u00fczensizliklere sebep olarak obezite, diyabet ve kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fme riskini artt\u0131rabilmektedir. \u00d6zellikle diyabet, tansiyon, kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 olanlar\u0131n ve v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontrol\u00fcne dikkat edenlerin bayram s\u00fcresince diyetlerine dikkat etmeye devam etmeleri \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131 olan bireylerin uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 beslenme program\u0131n\u0131 bayram temposuna adapte edebilmeleri i\u00e7in bir diyetisyenden yard\u0131m alabilirler.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBayramda s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimini artt\u0131r\u0131n\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bayram s\u00fcresince sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmek i\u00e7in yeterli ve dengeli beslenmenin gereklili\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen \u00d6zg\u00fcn T\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fc, \u201cKahvalt\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc atlanmamal\u0131 ve kahvalt\u0131da k\u0131zartma kavurma y\u00f6ntemi ile pi\u015firilmi\u015f b\u00f6rek vb. hamur i\u015fi g\u0131dalar t\u00fcketilmemelidir. Bayram ziyaretlerinde geleneksel olarak tatl\u0131 ikram\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 kahvalt\u0131da \u015feker, bal vb. tatl\u0131 besinlerin bulundurulmamas\u0131 faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Domates, salatal\u0131k, maydanoz, taze biber vb. \u00e7i\u011f sebzeler bolca t\u00fcketilmeli, az tuzlu peynir tercih edilmelidir. Sucuk, salam, sosis vb. ya\u011fl\u0131 besinler, b\u00f6rek vb. hamur i\u015fi g\u0131dalar t\u00fcketilmemelidir\u201d diyerek, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcketilen \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerin miktar\u0131 aniden artt\u0131r\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6\u011f\u00fcn aralar\u0131nda en az 2 en fazla 4-5 saat olacak \u015fekilde \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnler d\u00fczenlenmelidir. Ramazan ay\u0131nda olu\u015fan gece yemek yeme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, en son \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn uyku saatinden 2-3 saat \u00f6nce t\u00fcketilmelidir. Ramazan ay\u0131 boyunca su ve s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimin azalmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 v\u00fccutta olu\u015fabilen s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131n\u0131n yerine konmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fcnde en az 2-2,5 litre su i\u00e7ilmelidir. \u00c7ay, kahve, meyve sular\u0131, kompostolar gibi t\u00fcketilen di\u011fer s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n su yerine ge\u00e7meyece\u011fi unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Yine \u00e7ay, kahve gibi kafeinli i\u00e7ecekler ile gazl\u0131 i\u00e7ecekler y\u00fcksek miktarlarda t\u00fcketilmemeli.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTatl\u0131 porsiyonlar\u0131na dikkat edin, meyveyi tercih edin\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bayram boyunca yap\u0131lan ziyarette ikram edilen besinlerin t\u00fcketimine dikkat edilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi \u00d6zg\u00fcn T\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fc, \u015ferbetli tatl\u0131lar ve hamur i\u015fleri gibi yiyeceklerin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck porsiyon \u015feklinde al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n daha do\u011fru olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. T\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fc, \u201c\u0130kram edilen \u015ferbetli tatl\u0131lar, hamur i\u015flerinin y\u00fcksek enerji i\u00e7erdi\u011fi unutulmamal\u0131. Bu y\u00fczden porsiyon kontrol\u00fc sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in her ikramdan az az t\u00fcketmek, e\u011fer m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse \u015ferbetli tatl\u0131lar yerine s\u00fctl\u00fc tatl\u0131lar\u0131, taze veya kuru meyveleri, hamur i\u015fleri yerine zeytinya\u011fl\u0131lar\u0131 tercih etmek daha do\u011fru bir tercih olacakt\u0131r.
