U\u011furda\u011f, \u201cOdam\u0131z ilgili meslek komitesi talepleri do\u011frultusunda otopark y\u00f6netmeli\u011finin ertelemesi ve y\u00f6netmelik i\u00e7erisindeki baz\u0131 maddelerde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birli\u011fi Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Rifat Hisarc\u0131kl\u0131o\u011flu ve Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Alinur Akta\u015f\u2019tan lobi faaliyetleri ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde taleplerimiz olmu\u015ftu. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonucunda taleplerimiz \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Bakanl\u0131k nezdinde yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmelerin akabinde haz\u0131rlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na iletildi. Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, Bakanl\u0131ktan gelen s\u00fcre uzatma teklifini kabul etmesi sonras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131nland\u0131. De\u011fi\u015fiklik karar\u0131 \u00fclke genelinde oldu\u011fu gibi il\u00e7emizde de sekt\u00f6r temsilcilerimiz taraf\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sevin\u00e7le kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131. Ya\u015fanan bir\u00e7ok ma\u011fduriyetin giderilmesi noktas\u0131nda taleplerimizi dikkate alarak sekt\u00f6r yarar\u0131na bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in herkese te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederiz” dedi.<\/p>\n
Dan\u0131\u015ftay\u2019\u0131n TMMOB Mimarlar Odas\u0131, \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Odas\u0131 ve Makine M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 davalar sonucunda Planl\u0131 Alanlar \u0130mar Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nin baz\u0131 maddeleri hakk\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyi durdurma karar\u0131 almas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan belediyelerde ruhsat s\u00fcrecinin durdurulmas\u0131 yeni in\u015faata ba\u015flamak isteyen bir\u00e7ok m\u00fcteahhidi ma\u011fdur olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Otopark Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nde yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle zemin \u00fcst\u00fc mekanik otoparklar ve ta\u015f\u0131t asans\u00f6r\u00fc yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. 120 metrekare alt\u0131 ve 3 kat ve alt\u0131 imarl\u0131 parsellerde otopark yap\u0131lmayabilir. Otopark yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 durumunda otopark bedeli belediyeye \u00f6denir.
