Bu dinlenme s\u00fcreci sonras\u0131ndaki bayram d\u00f6neminde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek \u2018psikolojik a\u00e7l\u0131k\u2019 ise uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan dikkat edilmesi gereken bir durum olarak g\u00f6steriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Su, tuz ve \u015feker t\u00fcketiminin genel v\u00fccut sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve b\u00f6breklere olan etkisine s\u0131kl\u0131kla vurgu yapan T\u00fcrk B\u00f6brek Vakf\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Timur Erk ise Ramazan ay\u0131 sonras\u0131 bayram d\u00f6neminde, \u00f6zellikle mevsim normalleri \u00fczerinde seyreden s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda beslenmenin \u00f6nemine dikkat edilmesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Erk, beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanlar\u0131 ve genel sa\u011fl\u0131k ili\u015fkisinin \u00f6zellikle son y\u0131llarda toplum taraf\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a iyi kavranmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, fakat uygulamada yetersiz kal\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Erk, \u2018Yap\u0131lan e\u011fitimler ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile insanlar art\u0131k ne kadar \u015feker, tuz ve su t\u00fcketmesi gerekti\u011fini sistematik olarak benimsemeye ba\u015flad\u0131. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u015feker ve tuz t\u00fcketiminin nelere yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131, yetersiz su t\u00fcketiminin ba\u015fta b\u00f6brekler olmak \u00fczere v\u00fccutta  di\u011fer organlarda yapaca\u011f\u0131 tahribatlar, s\u0131kl\u0131kla \u00fczerinde durdu\u011fumuz konular. Fakat  ki\u015filerin ya\u015fam al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131ndaki yetersizlikler, sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 davetiye \u00e7\u0131karmaya devam ediyor. Bu anlamda bizler, gerek var olan bilgiler ve gerekse yeni ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ortaya konulan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 topluma aktarmaya devam edece\u011fiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>TBV Diyetisyeni G\u00f6k\u00e7en Efe Ayd\u0131n, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle t\u00fcketimde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131ya ka\u00e7\u0131lan paketli g\u0131dalar\u0131n ve serinlemek i\u00e7in s\u0131kl\u0131kla ba\u015fvurulan gazl\u0131 ve \u015fekerli i\u00e7eceklerin t\u00fcketiminden ka\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Ayd\u0131n, &#8220;Yine ferahlat\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011finden dolay\u0131 yaz aylar\u0131ndan en \u00e7ok t\u00fcketilen meyvelerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelen karpuz, y\u00fcksek su i\u00e7eri\u011fi sayesinde terle at\u0131lan s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar fakat i\u00e7eri\u011findeki \u015feker sebebiyle yine a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 t\u00fcketimden ka\u00e7\u0131nmak gerekir. 200 gram a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki kabuksuz (2 parmak kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki) karpuz, 1 porsiyon meyveye e\u015fde\u011ferdir. Karpuzun peynir ile birlikte t\u00fcketimi ise olduk\u00e7a yayg\u0131nd\u0131r.
