B\u00f6ylelikle hem sevap kazand\u0131k hem de v\u00fccudumuzu resetleyip daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir sindirim sistemine kavu\u015ftuk. Ramazan Bayram\u0131n\u0131n ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnden itibaren oru\u00e7lu beslenme bi\u00e7iminizden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p eski d\u00fczeninize ge\u00e7eceksiniz. Ramazan boyunca sindirim sisteminiz g\u00fc\u00e7lendi. Bu sayede gece ge\u00e7 saatlerde yemek yeseniz bile yedi\u011finiz yiyecekler \u00e7ok daha iyi sindirildi\u011fi i\u00e7in sindirim sisteminiz rahats\u0131z olmad\u0131. Bayramda normal d\u00fczenimize d\u00f6nmemize ra\u011fmen bu Ramazan boyunca edindi\u011fimiz g\u00fczel al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klara devam etmemiz gerekiyor. Bu al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klara gelince; Ramazan ay\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde edindi\u011fimiz en g\u00fczel al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klardan biri ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlere ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan kendimizi daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 hissettik ve g\u00fcnde sadece iki \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn beslenerek l\u00fczumsuz yemek israf\u0131ndan kurtulduk. Bedenimiz d\u00fczenli saatlerde yemek yemeye al\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve sindirim sistemimiz dinlenerek kendisini yenileyebildi. K\u00f6t\u00fc beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131ndan da uzakla\u015ft\u0131k\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Fevzi \u00d6zg\u00f6n\u00fcl, bayramda sindirim sistemi i\u00e7in \u015fu \u00f6nerilerde bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bayram namaz\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra Ramazan ay\u0131 boyunca sahurda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi g\u00fczel bir kahvalt\u0131 ile g\u00fcne ba\u015flayal\u0131m. Kahvalt\u0131 yapt\u0131ktan sonra \u00f6\u011flen \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar ge\u00e7en zamandaki arada bir \u015fey yememeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterelim. Bayram ziyaretlerinin olmazsa olmaz\u0131 ikramlar\u0131 geri \u00e7eviremeyece\u011fimiz i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fcklerimizin ziyaretlerini ikindi vaktine b\u0131rakmal\u0131y\u0131z.  Sabah yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ziyaretlerde i\u00e7ecek ikramlar\u0131n\u0131 kabul edebilirsiniz fakat yiyecek ikramlar\u0131n\u0131 geri \u00e7evirmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterelim. \u00d6\u011flen vaktini mutlaka kendimize ay\u0131ral\u0131m ve g\u00fczel bir \u00f6\u011flen yeme\u011fi yiyelim. \u00d6\u011flen yeme\u011finden sonra en az 3-4 saat hi\u00e7 bir ziyaret ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyelim.  Bayram\u0131 bu \u015fekilde sorunsuz atlatt\u0131ktan sonra ak\u015fam m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca hafif pi\u015fmi\u015f sebze yemekleri ve \u00e7orba t\u00fcr\u00fc yemekler ile ge\u00e7i\u015ftirelim. Geceleri pi\u015fmemi\u015f sebzelerden yani salatalar ve meyvelerden uzak durmam\u0131z gerekiyor. E\u011fer bu kurallara uyarsak ve aralarda bir \u015fey yemezsek uzun y\u0131llar sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fayabiliriz ve her y\u0131l Ramazan ay\u0131nda \u00e7ok daha rahat orucumuzu tutabiliriz.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DR.
