Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz haftalarda ESHOT Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ziyarette personelle bir araya gelen Soyer, kurum olarak \u00e7ok zorlu bir g\u00f6revi ba\u015far\u0131yla yerine getiren ESHOT\u2019un tek eksi\u011finin kad\u0131n \u015fof\u00f6rler oldu\u011funu dile getirmi\u015fti. Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n direksiyonunda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bulunmas\u0131n\u0131n vatanda\u015fla olan ili\u015fkilere olumlu yans\u0131yaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Ba\u015fkan Soyer\u2019in bu talimat\u0131 \u015fimdi hayata ge\u00e7iriliyor.
