Dr. Orhan Rodoplu, ramazan sonras\u0131 rutin yemek yeme d\u00fczenine yava\u015f ve kontroll\u00fc bir \u015fekilde ge\u00e7ilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirterek, \u201cBayramda t\u00fcketilen a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yiyecek ve \u00f6zellikle a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u015fekerin ani kilo art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapabilece\u011fi gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klar\u0131n da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olabilir. Ramazan boyunca oru\u00e7 tutanlar, beslenme d\u00fczeninin de\u011fi\u015fmesi ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesi nedeniyle normal beslenme d\u00fczenlerine kavu\u015fmalar\u0131yla bir anda eskisinden de fazla yeme e\u011filiminde olurlar.
