Bayram ziyaretleri beraberinde \u015fekerleme ve tatl\u0131lar yani karbonhidratl\u0131 maddeler di\u015f \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmesini h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131yor. Bakterilerin di\u015f y\u00fczeylerine zarar veren asit i\u00e7eri\u011fini dengeleme g\u00f6revi, yani PH dengesini kurmak i\u00e7in t\u00fcm bu besinlerden sonra peynir t\u00fcketiniz.
