Sahip oldu\u011fu 600\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde yemek ve tatl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fidi ile ad\u0131ndan s\u00f6z ettiren Hatay mutfa\u011f\u0131, unutulmaya y\u00fcz tutmu\u015f yemek \u00e7e\u015fidi Hatay B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesinin Gastronomi Evi\u2019nde yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Hatay A\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar ve Turizm Derne\u011fi Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi ve Hatay Gastronomi Evi \u015eefi S\u00fcleyman Demirel, Hatay\u2019\u0131n unutulmaya y\u00fcz tutmu\u015f yemeklerini \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n en dikkat \u00e7ekenlerinin ise anal\u0131 k\u0131zl\u0131 ve kabak borani oldu\u011funu belirtti.
