Ramazan Bayram\u0131\u2019na haz\u0131rlanan vatanda\u015flar, kentin \u00f6nemli mekanlar\u0131ndan biri olan Kapal\u0131 \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131\u2019ya ak\u0131n etti.
