HUGO BOSS \u0130zmir \u00fcretim tesislerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Oxygen Projesi, IDC T\u00fcrkiye CIO \u00d6d\u00fclleri\u2019nde \u2018De\u011fi\u015fim Y\u00f6netimi Dal\u0131\u2019nda 2\u2019ncilik \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn sahibi oldu. Oxygen Projesi, 4 bine yak\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131yla grubun en b\u00fcy\u00fck fabrikas\u0131 olan \u0130zmir \u00fcretim tesisinin insan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 daha verimli de\u011ferlendirme fikriyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Proje kapsam\u0131nda tesis i\u00e7inde yer alan 3 bin 500 operat\u00f6r\u00fcn yapay zeka (AI) deste\u011fi ile detayl\u0131 performans analizleri yap\u0131larak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yeni operasyonlara adapte edilmesi ve \u2018en ideal \u00fcretim hatt\u0131\u2019 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc aktar\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 ve \u00fcretim b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 projede, sahan\u0131n detayl\u0131 bir analizi yap\u0131larak i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7leri yeniden tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
Projeyi de\u011ferlendiren HUGO BOSS Tekstil Sanayi Bilgi Teknolojileri Grup Y\u00f6neticisi Erkut Ekinci, \u2018\u2019Her ne kadar makinele\u015fmenin sekt\u00f6rde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc bir etkisi olmu\u015f olsa da tekstil h\u00e2l\u00e2 el i\u015f\u00e7ili\u011fine dayal\u0131 bir sekt\u00f6r. HUGO BOSS gibi premium segmentinde \u00fcretim yapan firmalar, bu segmentin gerektirdi\u011fi kalite standartlar\u0131nda \u00fcretim yapabilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yeteneklerini s\u00fcrekli geli\u015ftirmek ve onlara yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak durumunda.
