Konuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Merto\u011flu K\u00f6y\u00fc Muhtar\u0131 Mustafa \u00dcnal, \u201cGe\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda Devlet Su \u0130\u015fleri taraf\u0131ndan Erfelek Ovas\u0131 sulama hatt\u0131 d\u00f6\u015fenirken m\u00fcteahhit baz\u0131 hatalar yapm\u0131\u015f.
