Ramazan ay\u0131 boyunca midemiz buna al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bayramda da mideyi yormamak ad\u0131na \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnleri hafif \u015feylerle ge\u00e7i\u015ftirmek gerekli. Meyve s\u0131k t\u00fcketilmeli, bol su t\u00fcketilmeli. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Ramazan boyunca yeterli s\u0131v\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131 alamam\u0131\u015f olduk. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tatl\u0131ya dikkat etmek gerekiyor. Malum yaz aylar\u0131nda \u015ferbetli tatl\u0131 yerine s\u00fctl\u00fc tatl\u0131 t\u00fcketmek \u00e7ok daha mant\u0131kl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r, dondurma,  g\u00fclla\u00e7, s\u00fctla\u00e7 gibi. Onun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r et yemekleri yerine sebze ya da etli sebze yemeklerini tercih etmek daha mant\u0131kl\u0131. Yo\u011furt t\u00fcketimine, s\u00fct t\u00fcketimine dikkat etmek gerekiyor.
