Dr. Emin Alio\u011flu, kalp ve damar hastalar\u0131na \u00f6nemli uyar\u0131larda bulundu. Dr. Alio\u011flu, \u201cS\u0131cak havalarda uzun s\u00fcre d\u0131\u015f ortamda bulunup aniden so\u011fuk havuz veya denize atlama sonucunda \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl ritim bozukluklar\u0131 tetiklenebilir. S\u0131cak havalarda a\u00e7\u0131k renkli, rahat ve bol, ter emici \u00f6zellikte giysiler tercih edilmelidir. Yaz aylar\u0131nda g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u0131v\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131 2-3 litreye \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Yaz\u0131n g\u00fcnde 2-2.5 litre su t\u00fcketmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmelidir. A\u011f\u0131r ve ya\u011fl\u0131 yemekler t\u00fcketmek yerine az ve s\u0131k aral\u0131klarla, hafif, lif i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek yiyecekler tercih edilmelidir. Su i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek sebze ve meyve t\u00fcketilmelidir. Alkoll\u00fc ya da kafeinli i\u00e7ecekler t\u00fcketilmemelidir. Alkol, s\u0131ca\u011f\u0131n olumsuz etkilerinin hissedilmesini engelleyebilir, kafeinli i\u00e7ecekler daha fazla s\u0131v\u0131 kaybetmenize neden olabilir. S\u0131cak havalarda a\u011f\u0131r egzersizler yap\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Hafif ve orta d\u00fczeyde egzersizler ak\u015fam saatlerinde yap\u0131labilir. Spor esnas\u0131nda su t\u00fcketilmesi de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. S\u0131cak havalarda uzun s\u00fcre d\u0131\u015f ortamda bulunup sonra aniden so\u011fuk suya atlama (havuz, deniz vs.) sonucunda \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl ritim bozukluklar\u0131 tetiklenebilir. Bu nedenle suya birden atlamak yerine al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ra al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ra suya girmek gerekir. Su kayb\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131n daha \u00e7abuk p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131na neden olaca\u011f\u0131 da unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Kan suland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ila\u00e7 kullanan hastalar daha dikkatli olmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, so\u011fuk terleme, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yorgunluk, \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131, s\u0131k soluk alma ihtiyac\u0131, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi, kendini kaybetme, bulant\u0131, kusma gibi belirtilerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda mutlaka en yak\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k merkezine ula\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
