Keles il\u00e7esinin Sorgun k\u00f6y\u00fcnde ya\u015fayan vatanda\u015flar zengin bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcnde otlatt\u0131klar\u0131 hayvanlar\u0131ndan sa\u011fd\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fctlerle do\u011fal peynir \u00fcretiyor. Do\u011fal peynirler o kadar lezzetli oluyor ki bir \u00e7ok ilden peynir almak i\u00e7in bu k\u00f6ye geliyor. Mevsimine g\u00f6re inek ve ke\u00e7i s\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla peynir \u00fcreten Sorgun k\u00f6yl\u00fclerin peynirleri an\u0131nda t\u00fckeniyor. S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da \u00fcretilen bu lezzetli ve do\u011fal peynirden almak isteyenler \u00f6nceden sipari\u015f vermek zorunda kal\u0131yor. K\u00f6yl\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u015fletti\u011fi mand\u0131rada 140 kilo inek s\u00fct\u00fcnden 18 kilo peynir elde edilirken, 70 kilo koyun s\u00fct\u00fcnden ise 18 kilo peynir meydana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00dcretilen bu peynirler 1 y\u0131l boyunca so\u011fuk hava depolar\u0131nda olgunla\u015fmak i\u00e7in bekletilip m\u00fc\u015fterilere sat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
