Daha nemli hale getirmek i\u00e7in su kaplar\u0131, nemlendiricilere ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Dijital ekranl\u0131 teknolojik cihazlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yor ve bu ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline geliyor. Toplumun her kesiminden ve ya\u015f grubundan ki\u015filer de\u011fi\u015fik ama\u00e7larla da olsa g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6nemli bir zaman dilimini ekran kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ge\u00e7iriyor. Sosyal ili\u015fkileri azaltan, insanlar\u0131 yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131ran, \u00e7evre ve do\u011fadan daha uzak bir ya\u015fama neden olan teknolojik cihazlar bu etkilerinin yan\u0131nda g\u00f6z sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da olumsuz etkiliyor. \u201cDijital g\u00f6z zorlanmas\u0131\u201d ad\u0131 verilen bu durum, giderek daha \u00e7ok ki\u015fide ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Memorial Lara T\u0131p Merkezi G\u00f6z Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden Prof. Dr. Ahmet Maden, dijital ekranlar\u0131n g\u00f6z sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na etkileri hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mavi \u0131\u015f\u0131k g\u00f6zler i\u00e7in zararl\u0131&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Dijital g\u00f6rsel ara\u00e7lar ve ekranlarda kullan\u0131lan &#8220;led ve fluoresans&#8221; temelli ayd\u0131nlatma gere\u00e7leri do\u011fal \u0131\u015f\u0131k da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131ndan biraz daha fazla k\u0131sa dalga boylu &#8220;mavi \u0131\u015f\u0131k&#8221; i\u00e7erdi\u011fini belirten Prof. Dr. Maden, &#8220;Genel olarak k\u0131sa dalga boyu \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar katarakt ve mak\u00fcla dejenerasyonuna neden olabilmektedir. Ancak do\u011fada yani g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bol bulunan ve bulutlar\u0131 dahi a\u015farak ula\u015fabilen yo\u011fun k\u0131sa dalga \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar yan\u0131nda, ekranlardaki \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 mavi \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n rol\u00fc abart\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Mavi \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n melatonin sentezini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla uyku \u00f6ncesi yatakta ekran kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n uyku kalitesini olumsuz etkileyebilece\u011fi \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. Ekran kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ge\u00e7irilen s\u00fcre nedeniyle ya\u015fan\u0131lan rahats\u0131zl\u0131klara \u2019Dijital G\u00f6z Zorlanmas\u0131\u2019 denilmi\u015ftir. Dijital G\u00f6z Zorlanmas\u0131 g\u00f6zlerde yorgunluk, g\u00f6z kapaklar\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rla\u015fma, uykuya e\u011filim, al\u0131nda k\u00fcnt a\u011fr\u0131, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, bulan\u0131k g\u00f6rme, harflerin birbirine girmesi, g\u00f6zlerde kuruma, k\u0131zarma, sulanma, batma, yanma, boyun ve omuz a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, ekran kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6zleri a\u00e7\u0131p kapamakta zorlanma, kum varm\u0131\u015f hissi gibi etkilere sebep olmaktad\u0131r&#8221; ifadelerinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;G\u00f6z kurumas\u0131 da dijital ekran kaynakl\u0131&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Normalde g\u00f6zlerin dakikada 15-20 kere hi\u00e7 fark\u0131nda olmadan a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131p kapand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131msatan Prof. Dr. Maden, bu do\u011fal refleksin g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 tabakas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrekli g\u00f6z\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcne yayarak, kurumay\u0131 engelledi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Prof. Dr. Maden, g\u00f6rsel dikkatin bilgisayar, cep telefonu, tablet gibi bir objeye y\u00f6nlendirilmesi durumunda, fizyolojik olarak, refleks g\u00f6z k\u0131rpma s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131ya kadar azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131. Bu durumun uzun s\u00fcreli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda g\u00f6zlerde kuruma ve yanma \u015fikayetlerinin en \u00f6nemli nedeni oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Maden, &#8220;\u00d6zellikle g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fal olarak azalmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilerleyen ya\u015f, menopoz sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nem bu \u015fikayetlerin artmas\u0131na neden olabilir. G\u00f6z kurulu\u011fu problemi ya\u015fayanlarda, ekran kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ge\u00e7irilen s\u00fcre i\u00e7in yapay g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 damlalar\u0131 doktorun \u00f6nerdi\u011fi \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer ya\u015f gere\u011fi yak\u0131n g\u00f6zl\u00fck gereksinimi de varsa bu kullan\u0131lmal\u0131, g\u00f6zler g\u00f6zl\u00fcks\u00fcz g\u00f6rmeye zorlan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130yi camlar k\u0131sa dalga ultraviolet \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 100 oran\u0131nda engelleyebilmektedir. Her 1-2 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonras\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 dakika uzun ara verilmelidir. Ekranlar\u0131n tozu s\u0131k s\u0131k anti statik bir bez par\u00e7as\u0131 ile al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131n ayd\u0131nlatmas\u0131 yans\u0131ma ve parlamalar\u0131 engelleyecek bir bi\u00e7imde d\u00fczenlenmelidir. Standart ofis ayd\u0131nlatmas\u0131 rahat bir bilgisayar kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in genellikle fazlad\u0131r. E\u011fer bulunulan odan\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ayarlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011filse, ekran \u00e7evresi mobilya ve perdelerle k\u0131smen lo\u015f hale getirilebilir. Ekrana her t\u00fcrl\u00fc parazit \u0131\u015f\u0131k girmesi \u00f6nlenmelidir. Bak\u0131lan ekrana ve g\u00f6zlere do\u011frudan \u0131\u015f\u0131k  gelmemeli, ekranda yans\u0131ma ve parlamalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmelidir. Ekrana 40 cm uzakl\u0131ktan bak\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Ekran b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle orant\u0131l\u0131 olarak bu mesafe 70-75 santime kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Genellikle ekran \u00fcst kenar\u0131 g\u00f6z seviyesinde veya \u00e7ok az a\u015fa\u011f\u0131s\u0131nda olmal\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ekran\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi g\u00f6zlerin yukar\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 gerektirmemelidir. Klavye tam ekran \u00f6n\u00fcnde olmal\u0131, varsa referans dok\u00fcman ekrandan \u00e7ok uzak olmayacak \u015fekilde bir ka\u011f\u0131t tutucuya as\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Oturulan sandalye rahat ve uygun y\u00fckseklikte olmal\u0131, g\u00f6vde dik, uyluk zemine paralel olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ekran kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ge\u00e7irilen s\u00fcre \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemlidir ve aileler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan i\u00e7in ciddi bir sorun olmaktad\u0131r.
