T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de EFQM M\u00fckemmellik B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc almay\u0131 ba\u015faran ilk ve tek meslek y\u00fcksekokulu olan Gemlik As\u0131m Kocab\u0131y\u0131k Meslek Y\u00fcksekokulu (GAKMYO), g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc Avrupa\u2019ya dikti.<\/p>\n
M\u00fckemmellik yolculu\u011funa 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayarak bu alandaki b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6d\u00fclleri kazanmay\u0131 ba\u015faran GAKMYO, son olarak 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye M\u00fckemmellik B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn sahibi olmu\u015ftu. Bu ba\u015far\u0131 ile yetinmeyen okul y\u00f6netimi, Avrupa Kalite Y\u00f6netim Vakf\u0131 (EFQM) M\u00fckemmellik Modeli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda K\u00fcresel M\u00fckemmellik \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u015fvurdu. GAKMYO, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde \u00f6d\u00fcl s\u00fcrecini de\u011ferlendirecek olan yetkililer taraf\u0131ndan ziyaret edildi. Saha ziyareti ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren ekibin ba\u015f\u0131nda \u0130spanya\u2019dan Mr. Jose Antonio Calvo Maguregi haz\u0131r bulundu. Saha ziyareti ekibi; \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019den Mr. GerhardLeu, L\u00fcbnan\u2019dan Mrs. Ursula C El Hage, Finlandiya\u2019dan Tuomas Wuorikoski ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den ise Sakarya \u00dcniversitesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Tu\u011fba Canvar Kahveci\u2019den olu\u015ftu. Ziyarette okulda \u00f6\u011frencilere sunulan hizmetler, okulun liderlik ve y\u00f6netim mekanizmas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ile ilgili yap\u0131lan projeler, \u00f6\u011frencilere ve topluma sunulan hizmetlerin de\u011ferlendirmesi yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Gemlik As\u0131m Kocab\u0131y\u0131k MYO M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Prof. Dr. Cumhur Ayd\u0131nalp; \u201c2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201cT\u00fcrkiye M\u00fckemmellik B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u201dn\u00fc almay\u0131 ba\u015faran ilk ve tek meslek y\u00fcksekokulu olduk. EFQM M\u00fckemmellik Modelini bir y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 olarak benimseyen okulumuzun hedefi; EFQM K\u00fcresel M\u00fckemmellik \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc s\u00fcrecinde de ayn\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6stermektir. Bu istek ve kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sahibiz. Elde etti\u011fimiz ve edece\u011fimiz ba\u015far\u0131larla sadece Gemlik As\u0131m Kocab\u0131y\u0131k MYO a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil, hem Bursa Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki t\u00fcm MYO\u2019lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6rnek ve \u00f6nc\u00fc olmak istiyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
