Konuyla ilgili yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Gazipa\u015fa Kaymakam\u0131 Ali Sakar, 3621 say\u0131l\u0131 K\u0131y\u0131 kanununun 5. maddesine g\u00f6re k\u0131y\u0131lar, devletin h\u00fck\u00fcm ve tasarrufu alt\u0131ndad\u0131r” dedi.<\/p>\n

Karar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan tart\u0131\u015fmalar ya\u015fan\u0131rken Gazipa\u015fa kaymakam\u0131 Ali Sakar, yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir a\u00e7\u0131klama ile karar\u0131n veto edildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Sakar, “K\u0131y\u0131lar, herkesin e\u015fit ve serbest olarak yararlanmas\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r, ve yine 6.maddesi \u2013 K\u0131y\u0131, herkesin e\u015fitlik ve serbestlikle yararlanmas\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k olup bu konuda Belediye meclisine yetki verilmedi\u011fi s\u00fcrece Belediye meclisinin bu konuyu g\u00fcndeme al\u0131p oylama yetkisi bulunmamaktad\u0131r.
