Kemah il\u00e7esine 4 kilometre uzakl\u0131kta bulunan K\u00f6m\u00fcr k\u00f6y\u00fcnde y\u0131llarca Tuz \u0130\u015fletmeleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fletildikten sonra \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilen tuz oca\u011f\u0131nda Do\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin tuz ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor. Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde Ermeniler taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fletilen tuz oca\u011f\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 metre derinlikteki t\u00fcnelden gelen tuzlu su say\u0131lar\u0131 150\u2019yi bulan g\u00f6letlerde bekletiliyor. Su buharla\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra havuzlar i\u00e7erisinde kalan tuzlar i\u015f\u00e7iler yard\u0131m\u0131 ile toplan\u0131yor. Evliya \u00c7elebi\u2019nin Seyahatnamesi\u2019nde \u00f6vg\u00fc ile bahsetti\u011fi tuz oca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fi 450 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine dayan\u0131yor. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 250 bin metrekare arazi \u00fczerine kurulu tuz oca\u011f\u0131nda, hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n mevsim normalleri \u00fczerinde seyretmesi nedeniyle \u00fcretim de art\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerin s\u0131cak alt\u0131nda zahmetli u\u011fra\u015flar\u0131 sonucu \u00fcretilen Kemah tuzu, Do\u011fu Anadolu ve \u00e7evredeki iller ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u0130stanbul, Ankara ve \u0130zmir\u2019in de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir\u00e7ok kentte sat\u0131\u015fa sunuluyor.<\/p>\n
