Do\u011fu Karadeniz Kalk\u0131nma Ajans\u0131 (DOKA) taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen Trabzon \u0130l Afet ve Acil Durum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren ile DOKA Genel Sekreteri Onur Ad\u0131yaman, \u00fclkemizde de\u011fi\u015fik zamanlarda farkl\u0131 do\u011fal afetlerin s\u0131k\u00e7a ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve son y\u0131llarda \u00f6nemli do\u011fal afetlerden biri olarak kabul edilen heyelanlardan, olu\u015fma s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve verdi\u011fi zararlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en fazla etkilenen b\u00f6lgelerden birinin de Do\u011fu Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n
Ad\u0131yaman, uygulanacak proje ile \u00f6zellikle afet riskinin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu k\u0131rsal kesimde ya\u015fayan vatanda\u015flar ile turizm yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen giri\u015fimcilerin do\u011frudan proje \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131ndan etkilenerek daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 veriye eri\u015fmi\u015f olacaklar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Ad\u0131yaman, \u201c1950 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bug\u00fcne kadar kaydedilen verilere g\u00f6re, \u00fclkede en fazla heyelan\u0131n meydana geldi\u011fi iller s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda Rize\u2019den sonra Trabzon ikinci s\u0131radad\u0131r. Trabzon ve Rize \u0130l Afet ve Acil Durum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinde g\u00f6revli teknik personellerimize e\u011fitim veriyoruz. Bu e\u011fitim sonucunda afet y\u00f6netimine katk\u0131 sunabilecek i\u015f ak\u0131\u015f modellerinin olu\u015fturularak afet et\u00fctleri ile analizlerin pratik ve tekni\u011fe dayal\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. Harita, imar ve planlama i\u015fleri ile kamula\u015ft\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik i\u015flemlerin CAD tabanl\u0131 yap\u0131larak t\u00fcm afetlere y\u00f6nelik Duyarl\u0131l\u0131k Haritalar\u0131, Tehlike Haritalar\u0131 ve Risk Haritalar\u0131n\u0131n ve bunlara y\u00f6nelik analizlerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131na katk\u0131 verilecektir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Ad\u0131yaman, proje ile verilecek e\u011fitimden faydalanacak Trabzon ve Rize \u0130l Afet ve Acil Durum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin g\u00f6rev tan\u0131m\u0131nda yer alan ve e\u011fitimin katk\u0131s\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek olan faaliyetlerden dolayl\u0131 olarak etkilenecek n\u00fcfusun yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 milyon oldu\u011funu s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n
\u00d6te yandan projenin meydana gelmi\u015f veya potansiyel olarak meydana gelebilecek afet olaylar\u0131n\u0131n zaman kayb\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n analiz edilerek projelendirilmesi, afete maruz b\u00f6lgeler, ge\u00e7ici bar\u0131nma alanlar\u0131, lojistik merkezler, konu\u015flanma alanlar\u0131 gibi co\u011frafi analiz gerektiren yer se\u00e7imlerinin do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131labilmesi ile mevcut ve potansiyel turizm alanlar\u0131nda afet risklerinin belirlenerek bu alanlara y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n do\u011fru y\u00f6nlendirilmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
