Torbal\u0131 Belediye Meclisi\u2019nin, ge\u00e7mi\u015f belediye taraf\u0131ndan G\u00f6ztepe\u2019ye tahsis edilen 104 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck arazinin devrini iptal etmesi hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fan G\u00f6ztepe Ba\u015fkanvekili Talat Papatya, al\u0131nan kararla \u015foke olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
G\u00f6ztepe, Torbal\u0131 Belediyesi\u2019nin d\u00fcnk\u00fc meclis toplant\u0131s\u0131nda gelen kararla tesis \u015foku ya\u015fad\u0131. Kararla, \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nem taraf\u0131ndan G\u00f6ztepe\u2019ye tahsis edilen 104 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck altyap\u0131 arazisinin devrinin iptal edilmesinin yank\u0131lar\u0131 s\u00fcrerken, G\u00f6ztepe Ba\u015fkanvekili Talat Papatya, konuyla ilgili \u00f6nemli a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<\/p>\n
Torbal\u0131 Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smail Uygur\u2019dan daha \u00f6nce 3 kez randevu istediklerini; ancak cevap alamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcren Papatya, “Bu proje yaln\u0131zca G\u00f6ztepe\u2019nin projesi de\u011fildir. Bu proje \u0130zmir Valili\u011fi, \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, \u0130zmir Toprak Koruma Komisyonu ve Torbal\u0131 Belediyesi ile bizim ortak projemizdir. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bu projeyi hukuksuz olarak nitelendirmek de kimsenin haddine de\u011fildir. Biz her zaman diyalogdan yana olduk. \u0130smail bey ba\u015fkan se\u00e7ildikten sonra 3 kez kendisinden randevu talep ettik ancak cevap dahi alamad\u0131k\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Torbal\u0131 Belediyesi\u2019nden randevu alamad\u0131ktan sonra konuyu \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019ne ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Papatya, \u201cRandevu taleplerimize cevap alamay\u0131nca \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tun\u00e7 Soyer\u2019den g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme talep ettik. Kendisinin arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yeniden randevu al\u0131nd\u0131 ancak \u0130smail Uygur, Kul\u00fcp Mimar\u0131 Tu\u011frul B\u00fcy\u00fckk\u00f6ken ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmedi. Bunun \u00fczerinde bir randevu daha al\u0131nd\u0131. Mimar\u0131m\u0131z bu kez de \u0130mar M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne y\u00f6nlendirildi. “Bizim altyap\u0131 tesisimiz yok ve bu durumdan utan\u0131yorum. \u0130ptal karar\u0131 sadece G\u00f6ztepe i\u00e7in de\u011fil, \u0130zmir i\u00e7in de k\u00f6t\u00fc bir karar oldu.
