Murat taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. II. Murat, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han\u2019\u0131n babas\u0131. O d\u00f6nemde bu mekan\u0131 imarathane, yani a\u015fevi olarak in\u015fa ettirmi\u015f. Burada yard\u0131ma muhta\u00e7 ki\u015filer yemek yiyormu\u015f, bu sebepten \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc binan\u0131n i\u00e7erisine pencere yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f.
