\u00c7ocuklar valilik \u00f6n\u00fcnde sessiz bir \u015fekilde ellerinde, \u2018 En baba Vali bizim Vali\u2019 , Bayburt\u2019ta do\u011fdu Sivasl\u0131 oldu helal olsun sana Vali amca\u2019 ve \u2018 Devlet baba Babalar G\u00fcn\u00fcn kutlu olsun\u2019 gibi yaz\u0131l\u0131 d\u00f6vizler ile koordineli bir \u015fekilde bekledi.
